Like Arc has only had permanent wings since EoD, during lws4 they showed up sometimes, during Icebrood they were up a lot byt they still had to be intentionally summoned, so I think it would be funny if by SoTO they hadn't learned not to move them when they get excited so they're in the bastion of knowledge looking completely nonchalant except for their wings which are demolishing like 18 different very dangerous magical artifacts
