#actually now i'm not as mad...... at myself#cause three other ppl in the department are also redoing salary negos on monday/tuesday#my boss..... is a lil annoyed with upper management#he changed the whole hiring process there to a test based system#cause he has this attitude that you can't treat technical artists like the... designer designers#and i'm like..... bro realized he's the manager of the weaponized autism department#he literally told me.... ''uh you seem like the type who'd quietly look for a new job and just dip#...pls don't do that we'll get u more money'' and UMMMMM that's literally what i did wednesday#i applied to like a dozen jobs when i was pissed instead of saying something#(which now i'm realizing i have literally 0 social skills LMFAOOOOOO pls shoot me maybe i should have listened#to my last two therapists about having a full eval redone lol... cuz i was evaluated at 2 but dyspraxia was the better fit LOL)#personal
