#this is giving me so much to think about #1: creating art at a young age plus hand-eye coordination skills plus play #the kid is clearly having so much fun #2: doing somethjgg by so well at such a young age is wiring his brain is such a way that he will be a great talent when he’s older #his body is no doubt physically adapting and growing into a drummer’s body #(my guess anyway)#(thinking of a superb young rock climber whose fingers and arms are just a little longer because she was climbing since a toddler)#3: a drummer in a family of drummers. you can say he’s a prodigy #but he’s been listening to the rhythm since he was in the womb #and no doubt tapping along with his father when he was old enough to hold the sticks #the drums is his native tongue as much as Japanese is #this is play and communication and natural expression to him #Instagram
