Yeah okay ho joong-se is using formal you with his wife so i think there's really no hope for these subtitles getting any more bearable
#im so close to switching back to english#it's so petty but it's really one of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to translations#like don't get me wrong#there are Many things i would have translated differently and which where translated much more close to the#original in english french and spanish#while the german translators just changed the actual meaning of an utterance completely sometimes#but the formal informal you thing is really getting on my nerves more than anything#it's like someone really doesn't understand how relationships work#(maybe it's AI created and someone just didn't bother to check everything. idk. but it's just.. bad)#the devil judge#void screams#this is insufferable
