I don't know if you're the same Lullabyes author on AO3 who wrote that Blood+ fic set in the timeline of Blood: The Last Vampire but if so, whoever you are, I just want to tell you, you changed my life and inspired the way I write and research things. Thank you, thank you so much for carrying the fandom. If only you know how much those stories meant dearly to me, as Blood+ was my childhood and it inspired me to pick up cello and classical music as a whole. For this, thank you for lighting up that spark in my newly-adult years.

I didn’t see her face until obviously years and years later; if I could rename her, I guess I would have went with Victoria.”

Saya: “To be fair you’d have been named after the late Queen Victoria.”

Diva: “I thought the British didn’t like the French. I wouldn’t have liked it anyway.”

Saya: “Well if time allowed with some events I’d have named you after mom. When her real name was revealed.”

Saya: “Elizabeth or Elisabeth. Maybe even Charlotte. Margot, Sophia, Annie, Katharine.”

☾ ࣪˖ ⊹ ִ ་ my canon follows the DiC dub but does acknowledge and incorporate some of the original material such as japanese culture (because the story takes place in tokyo) the canonically gay and lesbian couples of the show, etc.

☾ ࣪˖ ⊹ ִ ་ my version of usagi tsukino is specifically white and asian (japanese / korean) and I will be making my own version of her father for my canon divergency. Though please keep in mind, I'm kind of new to the sailor moon fandom and I haven't gotten very far. I say kind of because I was one of the many american kids that saw the DiC dub years ago and I'm revisiting it as an adult now.

NOTES ON THE SHOW : BloodPlus is a very "show, don't tell" kind of narrative and it honestly takes a couple of times watching it to really appreciate and understand the new information discovered from that kind of storytelling, even with some flawed aspects. For more context, please read this information here. Everything is numbered accordingly. Even though it's not stated explicitly or necessarily the main focus but Jewish and Romani vampires exist within the show (more on that provided in the link).
