The Security Breach sillies!! Been meaning to post them for a while so here :) Headcanons under Keep Reading!

- The most advanced of all the generations, the animatronics use complex AI learning making them the most lifelike and sentient robots even outside of Fazbear entertainment. Each has unique personalities that can be moulded and changed by outside factors.

- The designs are made to capitalise on 80s nostalgia, taking inspirations from fashion of the time and utilising a vaporwave aesthetic. To hark back to previous generations, the animatronics are designed to look as though they have a face plate. The mechanical parts are also mostly hidden by complex joints to give them a more lifelike appearance.

- The Daycare Attendant is actually the most primitive in terms of technical ability and design. Fazbear Entertainment were able to find some of Henry and William’s scrapped designs, which were changed very little for the final product. Originally designed for the theatre, a last minute change meant that the animatronic would be used for the daycare. Although its ability to change its appearance is a marvel, it being based on design plans from the 70s means that they are prone to damages, needing almost constant maintenance. Even so, the Daycare Attendant is one of the most popular animatronics amongst customers.

- Glamrock Chica is the smallest animatronics of this generation. Fazbear Entertainment learnt very little since the early days, and once again programmed her to consume actual food. Like her 1st Gen counterpart, she is prone to having rotten food, maggots and cockroaches inside her. In this AU, she has the Valley Girl accent.

- Monty Gator is considered the strongest of all the animatronics. He is also one of the most aggressive. This is because he was originally programmed to be a ‘sore loser’ in Monty Golf, however a bug in the complex AI learning morphed this into excessive anger issues. He can easily knock down heavy displays and claw his way through gates. He was originally designed to be the mascot for the golfing area, however after the disappearance of Bonnie he was reprogrammed to become the new member of the band. His golfing motif still persists in his outfit.

- Roxanne Wolf’s outfit is inspired by racing gear, with her also acting as the mascot for the short lived hairdressing service. She is fully capable of cutting and styling her. In all their wisdom, Fazbear Entertainment programmed her to have anxiety and confidence issues to make her more relatable to teenagers. This has backfired massively, with Roxy’s AI learning exacerbating these qualities.

- Glamrock Freddy successfully won over fans after years of mixed opinions on the company’s mascot. With him being the mascot of Fazzer Blast, he has an alien motif in his outfit. Programmed to be best friends with Bonnie, the AI learning has developed this bond into something more. He misses him greatly.

- Glamrock Bonnie was laid back, playful and sassy. He was decommissioned by Monty. However, Monty was taken over by Vanessa’s programming, as a test to see if said programming worked. Monty has no recollection of this. Parts of Bonnie were used to reconstruct Afton

William Afton headcanons #3 - Holiday Edition

William would be one anal-retentive motherfucker when you decorate a Christmas tree or really just any decorations.

It's not that he minds the decorations, or Christmas in general really, he's just an incredible control freak, as we all know.

I have an intense feeling that William's favorite Christmas movie would undoubtedly be Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. Something about the characters' aesthetic would be incredibly appealing to him. His favorite would probably be The Bumble. Also, he'd enjoy the animation because of all the time that went into it and how cool it is.

(William would also cry over the island of misfit toys but don't tell anyone...)

He'd also have a big soft spot for the original animated Grinch special and the Frosty the Snowman movie.

This man's sweet tooth would be ravenous during the holidays. You look away for five minutes and William is gobbling up cookies.

When his children were young, William would definitely (begrudgingly) dress up as Santa for them. Or, he would be Santa for the restaurant a few times if Henry could manage to talk him into it.

If Michael ever tried to do anything stupid by spoiling Santa for the younger children, William would lose his shit.

Tacky, rainbow lights, whimsical Christmas tree all the way. No sad beige or white lights in the Afton household.

There is absolutely at least one rabbit-themed ornament on the Afton family tree. Probably a few Freddy Fazbear-themed ones as well.

One year, when they were still little, William would definitely make Elizabeth/Vanessa/another random child you want to exist their own suit modeled after Spring Bonnie. Imagine it like the Vanny outfit.

In conclusion, on the surface, William would act like he absolutely despises the holidays, but whether he'll admit it or not, he loves it. But, he loves it infinitely more with you by his side.

Tell me about your FNAF au!! Is it an au? Lol

YES ok. its... not really an au? I don't consider it to be, at least. its just my reimagining of the story!

I don't really have a solid concept yet, just that I want the aesthetics to follow 80's style animatronic stage shows and parlor designs. think showbiz pizza and chuck e cheese. even well into the security breach era, I want those aesthetics to be prevalent in the theming and design. my idea for the pizza plex is less high tech than canon, I like to imagine it as more of a "throwback" or nostalgia bait, something that was fazbear entertainments last ditch attempt to erase aftons image from the company and in the public eye. kind of like "see this is awesome without the murder!!! give me your money". still keeping the glamrock idea, but in a more rockafire explosion type of way.

I never really liked the vr aspect in terms of like... fitting with the lore. it feels sort of out of place to me. been a fan of the series since it was greenlit on gamejolt, so the paranormal aspect of the games was always super important and intriguing to me. I tried to find a way that glitchtrap can still exist and be an electronic entity while still making sense in the established lore pre help wanted. so my idea is that vanessa was a hobby ghost hunter before becoming vanny.

shes urban exploring (and ghost hunting) in the og freddy fazbears pizzeria. its been some odd 50ish years since the original location opened and closed, but hurricane locals could never bring themselves to demolish the location after the tragedy of the mci.

the idea is that while exploring and reaching out to the paranormal, she meets a "friendly ghost" who shows her it can jump between old arcade machines, broken animatronics, her ghostbox, her cellphone, etc etc. obviously being dazzled and impressed; vanessa asks the ghost who it is, it's age, when it died, if it's stuck here. william, forever charming even in the afterlife, convinces her that of COURSE he can answer her questions, anything about the paranormal she wants to know, he's got her. all she has to do is get him out of here. so she puts him on her phone and goes home to fawn over the real life ghost she has in her pocket.

vanessa knows his name, but calls him glitchtrap to make fun of his unfortunate circumstance. she thinks theyre friends, confidantes. yeah, he did some bad stuff in his lifetime, but what could be possibly do now? hes stuck in her tech. she lets down her guard. its not like she has anyone else to talk to. over time, though, he begins to manipulate her to do his bidding. he tells her about remnant, where to get it and how. he NEEDS this new body, vanessa. don't you want a real life ACTUAL friend? just do this one thing for him. it'll be fine. you don't want to disappoint the only real companion you've ever had.

so she does it. its the long game, though. she applies for a job at freddy fazbear's pizzaplex and stage show as a security guard. salvaging costume pieces from work to make her own suit, under william's guidance, and animatronic parts to make what she's calling "project anomaly" (a subtle jab at her ghost friend's inherently weird nature)

the idea is that she builds him a body; a fully functional audio animatronic body that he can possess, and in turn, live once more.

but i haven't thought past that!!!!!

My (ALL POSITIVE) thoughts on the FNAF movie below the cut!! Warning for spoilers!!

In no particular order:

I like the changes they made to the lore. I kinda expected it of them, since the books and the games are separate universes (ish) I figured it would be the same for the movie.

I was wondering if Afton would turn out to be Mike's dad. He clearly recognized Mike's name so my first thought was maybe Mike's family had changed their name after Afton left (Mom remarried maybe?) or that Afton had married Mike's mom under the assumed name of Schmidt for whatever reason. I thought this was a particularly good scene because it's a good hint for what ACTUALLY happens in the movies but also kinda trips up the people familiar with the game lore specifically.

The fucking GASPS that echoed through the theater when Vanessa said Afton was her father. Fucking awesome!!

The diner scene was awesome. Both for Matpat (who I didn't hear ANY of his lines because the audience was clapping and laughing too loud and I'm not even mad, him popping out of nowhere like that was amazing) and for the lawyer. Poor Doug. That actor did an amazing job.

Circus Baby!!!

Overall I think it was a very tight narrative, a very good way of condensing the core elements of the first 3 games into a movie in a way that's compelling to watch.

The idea of Afton manipulating them even after death, and just having his general evilness influence them was a good way to make them a threat to Abby without vilifying them.

Thoughts on the future because you better believe there's a future (I'm hoping for a trilogy that covers the events of the games pre-Help Wanted, then a paradigm shift in the 4th movie similar to the one we got Help Wanted. But that's years away and who knows what the game series will look like at that point?):

Vanessa is in a coma, so I suspect Afton will be tormenting her in her dreams and pulling her into the whole Reluctant Follower role. (Or the movie equivalent I suppose, depending on how different it ends up being.)

Kinda wonder if the plot will involve some kind of renovation of the FNAF Movie 1 location? Since William owns the Pizzeria, and he's about to be declared either missing or dead, ownership will change hands. Possibly to Henry Emily or his movie equivalent?

I could see a scenario where they renovate the place and the ghosts just take over the new animatronics. Or possibly they just put new casing on the FNAF 1 animatronics? Or hell, maybe the movie won't do that kind of design overhaul and we won't see movie versions of the toy animatronics.

Or maybe we'll find out that William did a lot more killing and the other location is just there and already haunted. Possibly Garret is the puppet there, since they said he was never found.

The Circus Baby in the back, aside from being a cool reference Elizabeth, might hint at another location with a very different aesthetic already existing.

As someone who knows a good amount of the FNAF lore but kinda doesn't give a shit about it anymore, I dont understand when people say the FNAF movie was just lore fanservice. I thought the plot was fun and established its own rules and stakes rather well, and I found myself engaged by this Mike's struggles. And it's different from the Mike of the games (the last time I checked) and I'm happy they went with a protagonist who would better fit a movie's plot structure than a never-ending series of teasing games.

I know stuff like Vanessa being Afton's daughter is kind of a lore revelation I believe, but it was also a good twist in the film and made her compelling. I'm kinda fucked up over characters who have loyalty to people they know are monsters but don't know what to do with it. And I'm also happy af they didn't pull a Vanny (as fun as she could be), she just got to be normal and conflicted.

Other than the 2000s b-list kids movie conflict with the evil aunt - which honestly is corny in a good way - my only gripe with the story is that WHY Afton did the murders isn't established. He didn't get enough time to be a villain me feels, especially for how obvious the twist is, but like how often do murderers get good backstories in cheesy horror flicks? Atleast he didn't go on a tirade about remnant, the weird ass sci-fi magic the series brought in past "souls can haunt things" is wack to me, and I think from the film you can just extrapolate that he wanted power over his victims or somethin'. Which, I mean, is a common motivation for serial murder.

The movie is very cute and corny for what it is. Sometimes I wish it leaned into its melodrama more, but it's very fun. And it was worth it for the puppets alone. Speaking of the animatronics - I adore the characterization of them in this film, the biggest draw of them as horror mascots was always the mix between being kid-friendly but fucked up and haunted. Them being sweet to the lil sister and just wanting to play with her even if it meant murder was fun as hell. Personally I would've enjoyed seeing the kids also interact with the original personalities of the CHARACTERS of the animatronics, like forcing the machines to do their old bits even though they're in a horrible state. Driving home how decrepit and devoid of life the place these poor kids are trapped in is, yet they still just want to have fun and enjoy the silly cartoon animals. Stuff like that is what draws me to the aesthetics of the series honestly.

THE GOOD

1. In love with Mike now, IDK. The teaser didn’t give me much to work with, but he’s so cute and babyfaced yet rugged and dark😋 His relationship to Abby is giving me horny thoughts™️, like Ineedhimtobreedme… He seems to have dry humour which is totally how I imagine and write him to be!!

2. Why did Henry get jumped by Bonnie omg💀 Anyway, he’s looking like a total dad ™️ , love the long hair and mature look…Definitely how I imagine him to be!! He looks like a wrestler named Mick Foley (also a good guy) which I find funny lol

3. SO HAPPY CORYXKENSHIN GOT A CAMEO! I was going to be quite annoyed if he got left out over all the white FNAF youtubers, he’s just as deserving.

4. Pizzeria layout looks interesting!

THE BAD (loose term)

1. The animatronics and aesthetics look too clean…IDK

2. I also don’t know if this is going to be as dark as people hope? I didn’t get the vibe from the trailer, but it could always surprise me. Also, (genuine question, enlighten me) from what I know, Peacock is known for not liking unnecessarily violent content (ref: It hosts WWE and censors mature/violent content at times) so how comes its being released to the platform? Or is it because it’s a movie so it doesn’t matter?

THE INBETWEEN/ OTHER THOUGHTS

- Where Mike and Abby live is interesting to me, because it seems like a house? But he clearly lives away from their mom, as he surely would’ve left Abby with her if they were close? I guess they’re estranged or have a really loose relationship - She could even be dead and might just appear in flashbacks only💀

- STEVE! (Jokes aside, I feel like this is a Mike centric film)

- UMMM so towards the end of the trailer there’s a kid holding a toy gun being carried at the back of a car whilst Mike screams - I THINK THIS IS EVAN?? All the siblings have the same hair colour, and if he was one of the missing 5 he would’ve been in the circle in the forest? I even think the woman driving him is their Mom…

EDIT: Or it could be Michael too! I wonder why he’s running after him, and why he looks so sad though?

- I feel like the forest stuff is out of place, but now that I’ve thought about it I think it’s just dream sequences…Weird setting though

- So, Vanessa might not meet Mike at the mall after all - Still don’t know what to think about her but she’s obviously shady asf. On the subject of her, I’m holding onto the theory that they’re siblings (source: i made it up). Something could happen in the hospital where he has to sign for her, and he’ll see the ‘Afton’ name (If she’s still Vanessa A Ness). Once/If they show William’s hair colour I’m doing a genealogy tree😭
