Where had Luigi and the princess gone? Just when Mario was feeling at home, they’re nowhere to be seen. Gosh, leave it to this weird unknown city to take what Mario loved away from him. Friends. Family. By the Star Spirits, Mario missed them. They had been living here for a while, and Mario had spent time with them. However, they... haven’t been seen around recently. Did they manage to go home?

But not him?

He lets out a sigh, eyes half-lidded. The little man in red was feeling lonely. Apparently, he was musing to himself again. Common, at this point. He had a house, at least. He should count his blessings where ever he could. It could be worse, he supposes.

Mario, optimistic by nature decided to cheer himself up by taking a walk. It was a nice day out. Still chilly, but he could deal with that. The sun was out! He liked sunny days. Made him feel better. As he felt the sun on his face, Mario heads off, a small smile creeping up onto his lips.

...And then it instantly vanishes.

❝...Fratello?❞ He seems to pass someone that looks like his brother. He’d recognize the green hat and the mustache anywhere. Was Luigi back?
