Hi! How are you? A little while back you said you would be interested in seeing my chart. While I can't find my actual chart (so many boxes in the basement because I moved into a smaller house), I did find where I wrote down all my signs. There are some terms I heard recently that I don't know like descendant and lilith.

hey!!! i hope my explanations make sense!! feel free to ask any other questions 🫶🏾🫶🏾

first things first: descendant is a term for your 7H, which is the exact opposite of your 1H. your ascendant (commonly known as a rising sign) is your 1H; house of self, while your descendant is the 7H; partnerships. your descendant, which for you is under the sign of Aries, commonly tells you what (usually qualities) you seek in your partnerships whether romantic, or otherwise.

lilith, commonly referred to as black moon lilith, is a calculated point (yeah, it's math, not a planet nor asteroid lol) that you can insert into your chart. when thinking of what lilith does, think of the version of lilith in biblical lore (if you know it lol). lilith, essentially, is your shadow self. it tells aspects of your personality that you might not be comfortable with, your fears, almost anything that is referred to as 'taboo', and often, sexual aspects. definitely a lovely point to work with if you're interested in working with your shadow self. here's a lilith calculator

now! into some fun stuff, aka, your chart!

speaking of your descendant, under the sign of aries, it seems as though you may prefer partners (whether romantic, business, platonic, etc) that are a bit more headstrong than you might be. you like people that are vocal and can stand up for themselves and others that may not be able to speak for themselves.

absolutely love aries sun-pisces mercury combinations (one of my best friends has this combo). people with these two placements i find to be a lot more soft spoken (mercury, the planet of communication), and oftentimes, a bit more uncomfortable with difficult conversations than aries suns with aries or taurus mercuries. however, that’s not to say you aren’t opinionated. given that you’re a libra rising, your pisces mercury is in your 6H. would you say you fit into the culture of your workplace? or does you job require a lot of mental/verbal usage?

i also find this placement (pisces 6H) to be rather selfless. they love taking care of others, but unfortunately, they might end up not taking care of themselves :( make sure that if you can’t put yourself first, that you take some time out for yourself. bc believe it or not, you matter too!!

Astro Observations #1 -

Virgo Venus: Beauty & Desirability

I've noticed in virgo venus people (celebrities mostly), they're usually highly desirable or desirability is a big part of their image/career despite their venus being in a debilitated sign.

for example: vinnie hacker, bella hadid, nct jaemin, kim kardashian, kylie jenner, charlize theron, i could go on but my point is on some level their fame is tied to their looks for better or worse.

virgo's general attention to detail/reliance on routine/tendency to prioritise bodily health, in a planet like venus usually makes the native acutely aware of your appearance and how it may/may not match up conventionally.

and therefore leads to knowing exactly which details to tweak to look better, paired with rigorous upkeep/routine, usually leads to an enhanced appearance that comes through effort, rather than the effortless beauty that comes with a strong/well-placed venus.

this could be anything from an extreme beauty regimen to a strict gym routine or regularly getting procedures done or even just learning how to do makeup perfectly for your features.

in bella hadid for example, growing up as the undesirable sister and then becoming a supermodel, kim's history with plastic surgery procedures and using it to launch her empire, or kylie jenner getting lip filler and that being the start of her brand, or vinnie hacker mentioning he used thirst traps to kickstart his career, even jaemin's dramatic bodily transformation as a result of his extensive gym routine that he's upkept regularly even after doing 3 hour concerts.

this is like my first ever post in this tumblr so anyyyy feedback on posts like this would be really helpful moving forward. I've wanted to start an astrology blog for some time and im still tweaking the details but glad i could finally begin with it and share what i know :D

Idk what it is... but literally almost every cancer I've seen is always attractive and considered beautiful. Whether it be woman or man, or cancer sun, moon, or ascendant. They always tend to be physically attractive to most people. I read on one of @zeldasnotes post that whatever country has your asc sign as their Venus sign, you tend to be conventionally aligned with their beauty standards. I believe this to be especially true in America! Since Americas venus sign is cancer! So many cancer Ascendants , but cancer placements in general and even moon/ceres dominant people are generally considered timelessly beautiful 😍

There's so many others I didn't include, Venus energy seems to play a significant role in creating beauty standards. It appears that these individuals have a more noticeable impact on their looks within this particular country. Many of them are often encouraged to pursue a career in modeling without needing to work hard – just be pretty, which is exemplified by Saweetie's career. People often say she should model instead of pursuing music. A lunar-influenced ascendant tends to show "pretty privilege," and this applies to having Ceres in the 1st house or conjunct the ascendant, as well as having the Moon as a dominant planet. Marilyn Monroe had Ceres in the 1st house, Kim Kardashian is also Moon dominant, and so is Nicki Minaj. Even if these individuals are not conventionally physically attractive, they are usually socially accepted. Additionally, both men and women are often sexualized.

I've also noticed that natives with lunar-influenced midheavens tend to be very successful in America, especially in business, because in America's chart, there is a sun, Jupiter, and Venus conjunction in the 7th house. This shows business, but with the sun, those with these placements tend to shine and become noticed for their talents, beautiful work, and abundance of wealth....*cough cough* Bill Gates, Tyler Perry, etc... I also find it funny how Barack Obama was one of the most liked president's if not the only most likable president's of The united states. And he has a Cancer Venus, making America's Venus & jupiter conjunct his Venus. So this explains alot, people with cancer in prominent places are usually seen as very iconic, and as trailblazers. This makes sense since Cancer is a cardinal sign and is also ruled by the moon. Moon is really what brings us peace of mind, and in a way, happiness. 「How to know you are spiritually protected ☥

My own insights into spiritual protection- Amaryllis

1. This is going to sound weird but… feeling invisible when you go outside in large crowds. Sometimes it will literally feel like you’re gliding..and some people can’t see you at all. Some people seem to look straight ahead completely unaware of your presence..and the people who look, turn their heads to look again to make sure they’ve seen you correctly. Because your auric field stands out so much…

2. You are safe in situations most people wouldn’t be. This is not by any means an invitation to try this out because if you F* around you will find out! - Spirit. But maybe you end up being in certain circumstances where you have to walk alone at night on certain streets that may have a certain negative reputation and you always end up being safe. Like having to take a certain particular way home everytime you come home from school or work and other people have horror stories about that road/street yet you don’t and you’ve always been fine.

3. Learn to see the hidden blessing behind rejection. You get rejected by many people, jobs, “opportunities”…this one sounds strange again but it goes back to what I said in point number 1 with somehow being invisible to certain people with negative energies that could possibly harm you. Sometimes when it comes to romantic relationships especially…we have short term contracts with people..but staying within that connection any longer would be harmful so spirit encourages us to sever that tie or to let go because it served its spiritual purpose. Maybe that person suddenly decides they want to break up or don’t like you anymore. Rejection is Gods protection. I’ll say that again. Rejection is Gods protection. Whatever is meant for you, will find you and be with you.

4. You have some sort of extra sensory gift. With power comes responsibility. If god gave you some sort of intuitive power; one half of the reason as to why you have it is to protect you and warn you about certain dangers.. to help a seasoned soul like yours navigate this life.

5. You are able to sense when something isn’t right with people.. this goes back point number 4. But sometimes you will get chills or feel like something isn’t right with certain people and you don’t know why. Even when others seem to gravitate towards that thing/person. You can see behind the veil very well.

6. An obvious one but getting warnings in dreams, having a strong connection with the dream realm and understanding the spiritual significance behind it.

7. Your friends/family let you know they’ve had dreams about you and you often know what they mean/what they’re referring to, and know to take it as a sign.

8. Another strange one.. not being able to sleep…not knowing why you can’t sleep sometimes for several days in a row and then you’re fine and able to sleep normally again. Sometimes the astral realm is murky. Spiritual warfare is real. And sometimes not entering different realms and dimensions full of energy harvesting, demons, malicious entities, means not being able to sleep that night. That’s your higher self and guides protecting you.

A little reminder to never deny your Sun sign, no matter how much you find yourself not resonating with it.

My personal story:

I'm a Leo sun and I used to hate being a Leo, the description of Leo turned me off to no end lol.

In my dreams, I usually saw a lion or a tiger coming at me, attacked me (or so I thought, maybe it just wanted to merge back to me) and I fighted it.

Around that time, whenever I had a nap during the middle of the day, when the room was lit by sunlight (the Sun), I would get sleep paralysis if I was lying on my back, I was half awake but couldn't move, the feeling was like something so heavy was pinning me down.

Then, one day, after some self questioning and ruminating, I came to an understanding that I needed to take back the lion, I'm the lion.

After that moment of realisation, no more sleep paralysis, no more dreams of lions attacking me. They just gone, poofs.

On another note, don't panic if you see yourself getting attacked by animals in your dreams. This is based on my personal observations of many dreams and the many animals that appeared in those dreams. The animals represent a certain character or trait in yourself. It's their forceful way of getting your attention and their desire to be integrated back into you. So ask yourself what those animals mean to you, personally (you can also search more about their universal meaning) ? What traits can they represent? And when you come to an understanding of what they represent, how can you embrace those traits and express them in a healthy way?

NCT Dream: Their Reaction To You Pulling Away As A Joke When They Try To Kiss You

Jeni would clutches at his heart with his hands and staggers back like you’ve wounded him because how dare you avoiding his kisses? dramatically, he would be falling onto the couch behind him and acting like he’s in pain until you give him that kiss to “heal” him. and if you dont Jeno would just whine loudly and pretend to faint until you kiss him properly, as he can be quite dramatic when he wants

Jaemin

Jaemin first laughs when you avoided his kiss and then he tries harder to catch you so he can kiss you. but as you run away from him trying to kiss you it turned it into a fun game of chase, determined to get that kiss no matter how long it takes. he would tackle you down and pin you down on the ground a sly smirk on his face "where you trying to go doll?" he would hum before devouring you whole 

Renjun

Renjun ain't taking the teasing. he flips the script and starts avoiding your kisses instead with a pout. at first its fun until you notice he truly isnt giving you any back, and you can hear Renjun laughing at how quickly the tables have turned. when you start to become desperate for him he would smirk and say "oh so now you want to be a good girl for me, my love?”

Chenle

Chenle would act a little like Jeno as he would dramatically throws his hands up in the hair and yell something like, “Fine, be that way!” but you can notice the grin on his face. You know he is all about the challenges despite his ego. he would play your game and ignore you back until one of you gives up first (probably you)

Jisung

He first raises an eyebrow at you when you denied his kiss and then Jisung would hum as he tries again. as you keep avoiding his kisses he starts counting how many kisses you owe him for dodging, keeping track of it. and then when he is able to securely wrap his arms around you he would demand you all the kisses you own him
