   Kyungmin could just not save face anymore after this. There were photos—scratch that, there were VIDEOS about his disgrace. But if he had to be honest, he was torn between fondness and humiliation. On one hand, it was great to get to play with the little ones and make them laugh and look cool as heck as they put on their rainbow glasses while singing that cute children song they spent so much time rehearsing in the afternoons. But on the other side… Kyungmin sighed, throwing a soft ball to Sacha’s chest.

   if the blond wasn’t who he was, he’d be dying of mortification right now. The back of his onesie perished with all the moving around a grown-ass adult like him kept doing just to see his little ones laugh and having fun like children their age should. Of course, nothing aside from his skin tight brand new boxers were flashing through the back, but he had nothing near to cover with and make a run to the room where his normal clothes were waiting for him. So asking for help it was as much as he did not want to.

–   kyungmin was used to not trust anyone. the kids were an exception because they had yet to fill into the vices that grown-ups did as time passed and a series of bad choices were taken. under this logic, he carried through life suspicious of niceties and seemingly sunny personalities. jin was the exception because kyungmin had grown up with him and every rule had an exception and his was already occupied. so. 

   so to summarize, kyungmin did not know what to make of one konechni sacha.

   if kyungmin went by looks and movements, sacha was like the big golden retriever everyone loved to pet and play with. whenever they crossed paths at the foundation, kyungmin would take a minute to look from afar and analyze him in the distance. all too often, sacha was in there carrying kids like he was their personal tree with the biggest, bright smile that could easily compete with that of his eldest brother. quite a few times, kyungmin had also seen both shy and bold volunteers making a move on him, but nothing of what sacha did mirrored the typical behavior of a playboy. it was confusing in kyungmin’s opinion, because no one was that good.

   flash forward to almost a year of coexistence during some weekends and holidays and kyungmin was less confused but still not as willing as to drop his guard around the older man. it was not that he thought sacha may take advantage of him —no one dared to since he punched that man in the face when he was mistreating one of the kids under their care. but it was easier to not hold anyone under high expectations. disappointments were hard to shake off after all.

   …not that he had any reason to have high expectations over this giant stuffed toy of a human, but that’s the drift. ❛ you are stepping on my foot, ❜ kyungmin recriminated, counting up to ten to not push the old, clumsy man ten meters away in one shove. this wasn’t romantic in the slightest, sacha looked like the boiler room had exploded on him with the way his hair was all messed up and both of them had sticky hands and sticky aprons; they also smelled like babies and the way sacha frowned as he tried to focus was honest to god too distracting and— 

   kyungmin looked away, clearing his throat as he let go of the other’s hand. ❛ for the safety of my feet, the show is over, kids, now it’s time to clean up. come on, ❜ he ordered, voice and gaze kind in their sternness. hannah was the first one to jump at his instructions and started to get everyone else to do as he said not without flashing him toothy grins. ❛ sacha oppa should marry kyungmin oppa~ ❜ she said cutely. kyungmin almost choked on the water he was drinking.
