Tadpole didn’t realize just who he was talking to at first, until he finally turned and looked over his shoulder. And standing beside him under one of the awnings currently gracing the Vogitek Tower was the very man who owned it.

Immediately the child lets out an unexpected croak- before quickly covering his mouth and staring wide-eyed up at him.

“I-I-I-- I’m sorry sir, I-- I was just leaving!”

Was he going to get in trouble for lingering outside one of the most prestigious buildings in this area? He wasn’t sure what the rules were here. But he definitely wasn’t going to try and stay and find out if he could avoid it.

Random Dialogue Prompts

Tadpole sat at the end of the large dining table with a happy little smile on his face, and his feet dangling and swinging contently in his seat.

Clumsily he tried his best to eat his food with an actual fork for once, and not his hands. And it wasn’t until Stolas came walking by and commented on his unusually happy mannerisms, that the froglet gave a more timid smile now.

“Oh uh- yeah I- I guess I am--” Picking at his food a bit more, he eventually looked at the other and then back down at his plate sheepishly.

“I- I guess I’m just happy because- I didn’t have any nightmares last night.. I- I can’t remember the last time that happened.. It was really nice..”

He couldn’t remember the last time he’d even slept in a bed that was as comfortable as that one either.

“Thank you for- for letting me stay the night. And for breakfast-- I’ve never seen this much food in one place before.”
