baking adventures of this weekend

I saw @ambercowbunart 's adorable fanart of dsmp members as various desserts, and am now inspired so lets do some baking! I plan on making a chocolate blueberry mousse, and a matcha honey cake roll. Because I really like those flavours and I have neever tried a mousse or a roll and have decided that this is the time. I will update this post as the baking happens, however I need to get the grocery things I need first: heavy cream, bottled honey, more matcha (because I don't wanna use up all of mine we've finally entered cold drink season), unsalted butter, baking dark chocolate, white chocolate and possibly more unflavoured gelatin if I can't find what we have currently Now I am waiting for my parents to get up and go grocery shopping, so I can come along and get my various baking ingredients and any other snacks i want. Homework I guess. wooh.
