I can imagine that parkour has become a hell of a lot easier with the strength Sid can put behind his fingers now. If need to be, he can even form clawed tips at the end of his fingers to dig into the wall and pull himself upwards. He'd do the same for his feet, but he'd rather not ruin a good pair of shoes.
