(Ryuko steps in front of Honoujji's courtyard and looks into it) 'Ugh, this place is a fucking dump. It's only been a few days since I was last here...' (She notices a movement in the shadows) 'OK, who the fuck is there? Cut the shit'

A girl with large blonde pigtails stepped out of the shadows, a small smile on her petite face. “Ryuko!” She spoke with a high pitched voicevoice, as she giggled quietly, twirling a large half of a scissor in her hand.

‘Oh my gosh Ciel..’ If she was going to be completely honest, Ciel's appearance did shock her. He looked awful. Maybe he was sicker than she thought.

Placing the tray on his bedside table, she sat down on the bed, frowning slightly as she tried to think of what to do. How does one look after a sick person? Its a shame that Madame Red wasn't here, she would've been great help. ‘Oh well, no use dwelling on the past..’ But really, the girl wasn't a doctor. Eventually, she decided to just improvise and hope for the best. And as long as she didn't get to close, she wouldn't get sick herself! At least, that's what she hoped.

Smiling slightly at the Earl as he spoke, she raised the tea cup and gently handed it over to him. “Really? How sweet.. Im going to do my utmost to help you feel better, okay Ciel?”

“Ciel, its me” Elizabeth peaked around the door and sighed softly, taking in the image of her ill cousin. She walked inside, carrying a tray with a tissue box, a plate with a small cupcake on it, and a cup of tea. Things she thought would help him feel better. “Sebastian told me you were ill, so I thought I would try and keep you company. It must be very boring, being stuck in bed and all”

Trans erasure apologists who happen to be fans of "Black Butler" by Yana Toboso: While it seems that Grelle is a transgender woman, she might as well be a flamboyant man. Trans people are portrayed very differently in Japan, & it gets kind of confusing for Western people, since the "trans = gay trope" is used in Japanese media a lot. *makes all sorts of other excuses for people to erase Grelle's identity as a woman, claiming that they all mean that Grelle's not really a canon trans woman & that her gender is a matter of opinion, when in reality, they just mean that she's an inaccurate representation*

Me: Yes, I am aware that Japan is not all that caught up with LGBTQ+ issues, & well, Western countries aren't all that caught up, either. I am aware of how commonly used the "trans = gay" trope is used in Japanese media. I am aware of the fact that Japanese trans women often get mistaken for okama (a Japanese slang term for gay, effeminate men {Grelle is not exclusively attracted to men-she's biromantic-But you get my point.}) & vice versa. However, cis men do not have gender dysphoria. Grelle does. Cis men do not want Sexual reassignment surgery. Grelle does. Also, Yana Toboso, the author of "Black Butler" has stated before that Grelle has the "heart of a woman," meaning that she identifies as a woman. Men do not identify as women. Therefore, Grelle is a woman. Her being an inaccurate representation of trans woman & her author misgendering her do not change that. This is not up for debate.
