breakfast mint/green tea and a tiny bit of noodles with salt when i was making my brother lunch
less than half a banana later when i went to work a little bit before 3 so up to 150 ish? idk
i didnt eat at work but had some cals from watered down lemonade which i add some lemon slices/juice and sugar idc about the sugar cause i like how its crunchy and yea i kind of put a lot
then when i came home i had soup from olive garden with a decent amount of romano cheese- up to 600 tops PLUS my coworker and his mom gave my mom and i cupcakes so i had one but whatever i guess. i never eat all the frosting bc who would ever do that馃あ up to 2 tbs of frosting and the cake was very small it cant be more than 150-75

rn i'm having these, the gummies are vitamin d3 and the other is zinc (25 for all 3). the green tea supplement says to have it with water 20 minutes before eating i'm not consistent with it at all lmaoo but why not finish off the bottle.so after that i'm gonna eat the danish which is 190.
pls recommend me good vitamins to be taking! 馃
and its super sweet and not healthy but idc馃槶馃槶馃槶馃槶 i eat poorly more often than not ok
word vomit of completing yesterdays diary: after breakfast i had green beans with a little too much butter for dinner (i ate them while laying on top of my boyfriend hehehe) and then a little while later my mom made noodles which i love so.. i had buttered noodles as well so oops and 1-2 oz of ground beef which is 80% lean and 20% fat if i can remember i can never find the 15% bc it was like too flavorful馃槶 and last time i had the meat it was like wet with fat so i think i will just have noodles

yesterday i had 2 medium pancakes but its ok cause the only other thing i had is a flavored tea fountain drink and like 5 tiny bites of a cheeseburger, that i shared with my bf :) he took huge bites so win for me 馃憤馃憤 tbh it was a little gross
