They were together at the Tuva Novotny pop up event for her new movie. They were not seen interacting with each other or with the rest of the guests

bill used to go to quite a lot of events including these fashion gala type things. he's like a silent unseen hermit other than when he's working now. and when he does show up somewhere he looks miserable and dead eyed AF

I think it’s telling that he didn’t go with her to this gala. Just like he didn’t go with her to the Gustaf premiere. As of now the only times we have seen them around each other was if Oona was also at the event. I’m 99% sure they are romantically finished and just doing things together for Oona’s sake. Or else why would she go alone?
