TW!! Mentions of suicide and depression || Can we stop to think about how much Rachel and Max impacted Chloe's life? I mean, Chloe was obviously struggling with severe depression after Williams death, then a few years later Rachel came along right when Chloe needed her, they become "friends" fairly quickly as stated by Rachel's dad in "before the storm: ep 2" (little did he know they were lovers) Then out of the blue rachel went missing, so, Chloe once again slipped into severe depression, She possibly even became suicidal after Rachel's disappearance as in life is strange Chloe says to Max in episode one: "Rachel saved my life" On the first day that Chloe and Max reunited Chloe's mood changed, she was obviously still depressed but not as bad as she was, she even had the energy to get on her bed and dance, which obviously shows the strength of Chloe and Max's friendship, While exploring Chloe's upstairs part of her house, you will come across antidepressants in the bathroom which shows chloe was actually diagnosed by a medical professional, max is able to help Chloe recover from the loss of Rachel while, Rachel in her doe form, is able to watch over Chloe and Max so it's almost like she's apart of them.
