I wanted to write about some stuff I've been thinking about re: ego vs. Consciousness but honestly I have fallen face-first into feeling like absolute garbage

What SUCKS is that there's a big probably five or six year period where I wasn't active so if you go beyond like, two years ago, suddenly you run into that stuff and it makes me want to throw myself into a ditch.
Gonna fuckin, I dunno, throw any evidence of Artemis's and me's relationship into the goddamn sun

Kind of posted about this on twitter but I almost never use my own blog anymore so I figured I'd post here too.
I've been here almost ten years. In my canon, I'm kind of a comical side character that doesn't get much development or attention. I have a deeper past, but honestly a lot of it was lost even before I got here because death is traumatic, although I recently uncovered memories of being associated with a temple. Or at least finding solace there because my actual job was an assassin. Anyway, point being, I've had the last ten years to figure out who I am and to grow, and my life here is just as if not more important than my canon. It doesn't bother me that i won't get to see any of them again; they all moved on to their next lives. But hopefully I have a good few years left here, and I'm glad I've been able to exist in the world with my fellow system mates for the past decade.

It's been a while again.
I thought about Shiro's situation with regard to her canon, and while our situations aren't exactly the same (I'm not wholesale rejecting it) it's definitely a small part of my life that I'm far removed from. I don't really care about seeing anyone from my canon, even though they were my friends. My priority is the present. I'm still the same person, though.

*sighs* Well, there goes that. I was hoping that someone with DID who was a witch might accept endogenic and mixed systems more, but they seem ambivalent.

Commissioned piece of a Telvanni Skeleton Khajiit named AkChazar. What a mouthful. Apparently he really enjoys necromancy and being mesmerized by road meshes.
Had a lot of fun with this piece.

On a list of things I did not miss in the afterlife, periods is probably number one.

No, the elves thing is true. There's actually a timeline of the otherkin subculture from the 70's to the present day. I don't know where the link is, but  it's pretty interesting.
Otherkin
so this has exploded recently with This Tumblr Post and so I searched the tumblr tag #otherkin and that wasn’t very helpful so I turned to google and searched it and found the wiki site and then the actual site’s FAQ . So do some research and Inform yourselves  because this is who people are (evidently). I’ve no idea the amount.
Wiki says
The otherkin subculture grew out of the elven online communities of the early-to-mid-1990s
but I think that might be offending if not untrue so I wouldn’t go around saying that ( like most things you get off of wiki).
Oh and one more thing:
Outside viewers may have varying opinions about people who identify as otherkin, ranging from considering them animal-human relationship pioneers, to psychologically dysfunctional.[5]Reactions often range from disbelief to aggressive antagonism, especially online.[17]
Otherkin have been called one of the world’s most bizarre subcultures,[18] and a religious movement (and a “quasi-religion”[8]) that “in some of its forms, largely only exists on the [Internet]”.[19] Although otherkin beliefs deviate from the definition of “religion”, they share the primary interest in the paranormal.[8] Religion scholar Joseph P. Laycock argues that the otherkin community serves existential and social functions commonly associated with religion, and regards it as an alternative nomos that sustains alternate ontologies
Don’t harass nobody over nothing. seriously. like be nice.It is not your job to judge someone unless you have a degree in law and you are under oath in a courtroom.
