lately i’ve been seeing a lot of my sister’s traits in strangers... clothes they wear, facial features, body type... and every time it’s painful. i wish it wasn’t, because it happens more and more since she died.

thinking about how i was 128 this spring and i didn't even appreciate it

just having tea this morning. my belly hurts, i binged on unhealthy foods last night :( i feel like i need to cleanse myself after all that bad food, so i will fast until tomorrow morning.

you made yourself this way. every pizza, every bag of chips, every bad food choice you made is etched on your body for the whole world to see. you are in control of what you eat. don’t excuse it. you are not forced to eat unless the food is being shoved down your throat with a tube. own up for your choices, make them better.
