I started my liquid fast yesterday and woke up today having lost 2 kgs!!!

72kgs to 70 kgs

I only had 3 litres of water and a venti latte.

Walked 7.2 km.

1 month progress! Your One Month Makeover has done some wonders, and im finally able to get back to the weight i use to be. I’m 5'2 and use to weigh 136.2. 😆ate about 1200 vegan cals a day (MyFitnessPal: charchar1106) and to be honest, I wasn’t unhappy before. If you’ve followed me for at least, 4 years, you will know I’ve lost weight in the past and gained weight back and lost and gained. But, it really doesn’t have meaning! I sometimes like dieting and sometimes I don’t. Sometimes I eat more, sometimes I don’t. Sometimes my life is really active, sometimes it isn’t. That’s all! Please don’t send me hate, just here to provide a little motivation 💕
