food log!
im going to cut down my portions as they’re quite large and I do binge eat a lot, which is fine! but i dont feel happy and i know this will make me happier.
3ish pieces of a cut up buttermilk pancake
2 mints
900ml-1L of water (that’s badd…)
chips, chicken, peas and stuffing for tea
hot chocolate for im a celeb <3
that’s everything! im not sure if i want to count calories but i know that its not the best but its better than i have been!

okay dokie… :p
starting weight is 12st 13lbs… 86kg (I think) but eek!
my lightest I’ve been (last year) was 11st 9lbs (don’t know the kg conversion) my end goal/final aim is to get to 10st,
however my first aim is to get into the 11st region
second aim is to get past 11st 9lbs to beat my record
third aim is to reach 10st area and maintain it with a healthy and happy mindset!
im aware there will be definite ups and downs but my end goal will be reached by my 18th birthday.

2nd digital diary entry; :3
didn’t end up weighing myself… I literally have zero time ahh!!!
howeverrrr, a positive to come out of everything is that it’s snowing!! and heavily too for England…
the negative which comes with it is the question: “Will the buses be late?”
and honestly if they are I think I’ll cry LOL!
ho hum- if I have time I’ll weigh myself tomz. no promises- however, I ate really really bad today…. like one of the worst times I’ve done in a whileeee! so gonna try to fast OR eat minimal and ACTUALLY I think I’ll just cut snacks down first, when go into big meals but not as often, so a fast for a smidge, then go back to restricted diet and exercise!

college was good, homework’s a pain in the butt though haha!!
yes that’s all I think!!
not ready for arcane to end, safe to say I’ve been waiting since day dot! since the beginning! OG right here guys…

1st digital diary entry… ❤️‍🩹
obvs unhappy with weight, but want to make a positive change over a period of time to show results!
endgoal is not to be an overweight eighteen year old. but be happy whilst achieving said goal.
will weigh myself tomorrow morning… for the first time in months, I’ve let myself go, but i need to sort my weight out!! it starts now, not in a few days. start earlier=results earlier=positive outlook on yourself.
was thinking about a 75 hard… will talk about that more when im not as sleepy (a mental challenge to balance on top of a level content!)
will log each important thing i feel like on here. Will also be about my interests not weight LOL I don’t want this to gain traction if im honest im just doing this to better myself and my mind!! and to avoid complications when im older.
