After leaving Playtime Co they began to work in a orphanage to take care of the children and help them find a new home. Despite everything, what has happend in Playtime Co is still bothering them, especially after no one of their old co-workers seemed to remember working in this place. Charlie is ready to discover the truth behind Playtime Co.

Marie: Marie is still the sweet and loving mother to the toys like she was with the children. Doesn’t mean she isn't ready to be a bit blunt when necessary. Marie is responsible of taking care of the Game Station. While the Game Station is no longer in need to be used like it was before, Marie still continues to manage it. The Game Station is now a lot more tamer and friendlier and won’t make you feel like you're going to lose your mind or have nightmare of it. Marie is also quite overprotective and she hates cheaters. If anyone cheats she will take care of it personally. So it's best if you play by her rules.

Poppy: Poppy is the elegant and outgoing doll like the toy. She is also like Cyrus a great leader when she has to. She had a hard time coming to terms with the Hour of Joy and the truth but overtime she understood and accepted it and now lives alongside the other toys a happy life. Poppy is Luan's advisor, much to Luan's choice, and she makes sure everything runs smoothly in Playtime Co. She is also very familiar to Ollie.
