Calypso hissed as they worked on his wounds. "Ow- shit- fuck-" Calypso gritted out as the disinfectant stung.

"Wow, only three stab wounds? Crazy." Calypso muttered sarcastically. "You should see the other guy, he's totall- OW!" Calypso cut himself off with a yelp. He stared at the piece of leather they wanted him to bite "Yeah. No way. I'm not putting that in my mouth." He mumbled.

Calypso laid on the alleyway ground. Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow-

Everything hurt. And it reeked of garbage. Calypso found himself hating the guy that did this- not for the injuries- but rather being stuck on the ground next to a garbage bin.

Calypso sighed, trying to prop himself up, "Fuck-" he hissed, the somewhat deep wound on his side sending a sharp pain up his body in protest. Well. This sucked. Suddenly, he heard footsteps. Calypso groaned. Great. Was that asshole back to finish him off? Come on, Grayson, time jump. Calypso tried to activate his powers, but his body wasn't having it. Ugh! He was off his game tonight, why couldn't he time travel? He couldn't do it earlier when he was being attacked either- shit. The footsteps were getting closer. He could barely move. Think, think, think- do something! Anything-

Calypso smirked

"Come here often?" He called out, hoping those wouldn't be his last words.

"Uh..." Calypso hesitated before sighing. Well, if they were going to kill him- he wouldn't be able to defend himself either way. So... "Sure. I guess." He said, pushing himself into a sitting position with a groan.
