The concept of pretty privilege is a little bit of a scam. Lots of beautiful women get free drinks, etc. But they're also getting hollered at, talked crap about, sexualized, and assumed to be 'promiscuous'. And often it's by other girls and women. The assertion that this privilege only applies to women is also ridiculous. In my experience, lots of men treat women equally bad regardless of their attractiveness.

There's definitely power in being attractive, presentable, and fashionable. But it doesn't always equal better treatment from society. And it again is not something you should take immense pride in "I'm too pretty to pay for drinks 🥺" isn't the flex you may think it is.
