Those who actively choose to harass and suicide bait rq users are NOT welcome here. Yeah I don't like radqueers either, but that does NOT give you an excuse to continuously harass them and tell them to off themselves. That is taking it way too fucking far, and does nothing to actually help. In fact, harassing somebody is only going to push them further into that mindset and lower the chances of them being willing to hear you out.

What you SHOULD be doing is properly educating them in a calm and civil manner as to WHY Radqueer is inherently harmful. And if they choose to not hear you out or refuse to educate themselves then so be it, that's their decision and again, isn't a sign that you go harassing that user. Just block them and move on. It takes 5 seconds to do so.

It's saddening that I even need to state this, and frankly at this point I'm close to not associating us with anti-radqueer spaces. Especially when I see folks who blatantly choose to treat others as though they are horrid monsters that deserve to die rather than living beings that could still be learning and growing.

I'll probably be turning the comments off for this post and turning off anon for now, as I really do not want to deal with arguments on this post rn, as well as the reason that I don't want extremist antis to come into my notes telling me that I'm "becoming a radqueer" or that I'm "a radqueer sympathizer" just because I'm anti-harassment.

If we're going to have a productive conversation about radqueers and why some of their beliefs are arguably harmful or not okay, we have to make an effort to present the information in a way that is going to be read by radqueers.

I'm not saying every anti-post has to be informative, but if you want your blog to be about educating people [including radqueers] on why you think these beliefs are wrong, you should try to do so in an informative way that doesn't feel like an attack.

No one takes information well when it's presented offensively. No amount of "this is bad" is going to explain anything to any radqueer if it's surrounded by a bunch of "you suck" posts about how they must be awful in every way possible.

And if you want your blog to be about educating, debunking, whatever, you kind of have to be open to conversations with people you don't agree with. If someone is genuinely questioning their beliefs and they see a community of people who directly oppose their beliefs, they might want to talk! and it's important to have these conversations without a "you're a dirty radqueer" tone.

genuinely i have not seem them on the internet for a while, and if they left then good for them but not seeing the guys who insisted on coming back every time is slightly concerning.

I’ve actually havent seen collei in a while, i remember a ciel account a while back but not her. I’ve heard occasional things about the two but a bit before i left the community i haven’t seen any accounts of either of them. Im sorry that i don’t know what happened to them :(

If you believe that referring to radqueers as gross, screenshotting their transIDs / transX identities and making fun of them, acting like a radqueer's paraphilia makes them an immoral person (whether pro-contact or anti-contact) or telling them they're disgusting or bad is making any difference at all: it isn't.

What you are doing is:

Showing ex-radqueers & recovering radqueers that they aren't welcome in our spaces

Showing anti-radqueer pro-harmless transID / transX folk that they aren't welcome in our spaces

Showing anti-radqueer anti-contact paraphiles that they aren't welcome in our spaces

Showing any radqueers who are considering leaving the community because they aren't welcome in our spaces

Showing those with atypical dysphoria that their dysphoria will not be understood, accepted or welcome in our spaces

I do not care what your reasons for doing so are, I do not care what you may feel about towards radqueers, I do not care if it is 'therapeutic' or 'satisfying' to make those posts; I do care that it is negatively affecting members of your own community, hurting the people we should be helping, and creating a disingenuous & harmful space for all of us.

Anti-radqueers should be unified under the fact we want to help people get out of the community and understand how the community is harmful. Your actions have consequences; learn to be open-minded, you'll find it creates a much more welcoming & safe environment.

P.S., being anti-radqueer because "nobody cares if you take your anger out on radqueers" is a harmful mindset. Taking your anger out on any other person is harmful.

(same anon from antirqguy) if u followed the og 0fficev4mpire u might know me cuz, me and her were kind of friends and she used to interact with me a lot until I left & honestly I was thinking about her when I was typing that ask since I checked her blog recently out of curiosity. it's honestly scary to see her account now, not in an omg what a freak way but in the uhhh wow glad I left when i did way. going from being extremely anti-xs, to being friends with ciel and their gf despite c being xs, to now being pro-xs. like privately she was very against xs too at first, although we didn't talk much at all... i don't know, it's scary that the rq community is genuinely becoming something of a pipeline. 😔

thanks anon! I remember her being anti xs and it sucks how much the rq community can completely warp someones beliefs for the worst. If this isn’t concerning, i dont know what is.
