It’s a simpler process than you think, and the #possibilities are endless. How To Build The Perfect Circuit #Workout: 1. Choose a time limit 2. Pick an upper-body #exercise (e.g., #pushups, shoulder presses, #dumbbell curls) 3. Pick a lower-body exercise (e.g., #lunges, supermans, #squats) 4. Pick a compound exercise (a total body movement like #mountainclimbers) 5. A 1-minute #sprint (e.g., running, cycling, jump-roping) 6. A 1-minute #rest, then repeat!

Employee Spotlight: Spencer Wallace, Staff Photographer and Visuals Extraordinaire
Strike a pose, Spencer. Oh, yes, of course – you’re just testing the camera. To make sure it works, definitely. We hear ya. Gotta make sure the camera catches all the angles.
Spencer Wallace is our photographer. And videographer. And he does graphic design. And he makes stuff. And if he doesn’t know how to do something right now, he’ll learn it - then master it – by the time you’re done checking your Instagram feed. And, as you can see, he’s infected with Blue Steel-itis.
This man is talented and ambitious and a damn pleasure to worth with.

Makin’ It Dwayne: Furious 7 Movie Review
PB’s own Creative Director, Oscar Dahl, has a podcast. It’s called We Like Movies and there are - at last count - no less than 141 installments.
If you seek reliable feedback on questionable films delivered in the dulcet tones of a red-bearded Nord, this is definitely your jam.
From the blog:
It’s that time again. “Daddy’s gotta go to work.”
We don’t have podcast friends. We have podcast family. And if you’re reading this and planning on listening, then you’re part of the family. Whether you like it or not!

Ultimate Karaoke Challenge
We recently asked (demanded, required...) that the ever-charismatic, devastatingly tone-deaf Project Bionic staff answer a highly relevant poll question (should they desire to continue working here). It was: What one song, of all the songs, is your ultimate karaoke jam? Karaoke is a popular, awe-inspiring pastime among our staff. Some are more talented than others. And sometimes those others abandon you on stage to slur - er, “rap” - Gangsta’s Paradise alone in a crowded Chinese restaurant.
All bitterness aside, here are their answers:
Leif: Ice Cube’s “It Was a Good Day”
Mackenzie: Shania Twain’s “Man, I Feel Like A Woman”
Colin: John Denver’s “Thank God I’m A Country Boy”
(Definitely a picture of John Denver)
Megan: Coolio’s “Gangsta’s Paradise”
(Remember Keenan & Kel?)
Josh: The Commodores’ “Brick House”
(Let us know when you see it...)
Doug: Isley Brothers’ “Shout”
(Ron Isley is NOT trapped in a closet)
Miles: Daft Punk’s “Around The World”
Jana: Blink 182′s “All The Small Things”
(Also her signature move.)
Chelsea: Lady GaGa’s “You And I”
Oscar: Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody”
(Because everyone loves a stranger singing a 6 minute song.)
Scott: Led Zeppelin’s “Going To California”
("And yes, it has a mandolin in it.")
Marissa: The Temptation’s “Ain’t Too Proud To Beg”
(Not to be confused with “Ain’t 2 Proud 2 Beg”)
Spencer: Marvin Gaye’s “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”
Kristen: Biz Markie’s “Just A Friend”
Laura: Meat Loaf’s “I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Won’t Do That)”
(Sure won’t.)
And with that, we leave you with what will henceforth be known as The One Playlist To Rule Them All, or “62 minutes of magic:”
