when everything is going to shut don't u want just a day u can forget everything and feel good about urself

Call it a stroke of luck but this question came exactly at a time where I am ...........how should I put it in the simple words.........."mentally fucked up".

And trust me ....I truly am in dire need of a day where I feel normal. Nothing extra ordinary,just plain old me doing the things that make me feel ME again.

So what did I do?

Well as tempting as it may be to keep going on in the dilapidated and crumbling state that you are in

Realise that your patience and tolerance levels have been tested through the roof and your head can no longer hold any more of what u stuff it with.

Your body NEEDS restoration. Give it TIME to heal.

So TAKE the day off. DO NOT care about consequences......well atleast for that day.

Sleep, eat, read, pray, masturbate.......do ANYTHING that brings back some semblance in your head.

It may seem out of place at first but trust me you aren't doing it for you ......you are doing it for someone who works tirelessly to support you without any questions or complaints .....YOUR BODY.

To be honest we all know we see that "shitty break up" coming wayy before it actually lands on us. We ignore the red flags and the dead giveaways that this relationship is slowly running outta fuel and try to keep spanking the remote thinking it might still go on.

So when you know it's time ......why don't you peacefully let them go?There is always more to life than one particular person.

I feel a normal relationship with not much expectations and a healthy end is far better than putting yourself through the ugly ass process of casual intimacy.
