I'm sorry I didn't talk to you a ton yesterday. I'm just mad at you so sometimes it hurts to hear about your day, and hurts to talk to you.

I'm caught between I want to talk to you - because you make me comfortable and you make me feel wanted because of your words. You make me laugh and smile, and make the rest of the world fade for a split second.

On the other side of my feelings though I am betrayed. I am angry because - what was the point? In laughing with me and making promises that led nowhere. All of your empty words and sentiments that all too quickly became irrelevant when she messaged me.

So here I am, just stuck, trying to find ways to move forward with you against my better judgment because I'm not ready to be alone again, is that selfish of me? To keep you around purely due to my fear. That question is rhetorical, I know it is pure selfishness but is that not the treatment you deserve?

I was always told to treat others the way you want to be treated, so is this not what you wanted? To be strung along the way you did to me, under the impression of sincerity.
