Today is a big day for me, one year sober! I was on a downward spiral with alcohol that I wouldn't admit to myself and everyone else could see. I lied to them about the amount I drank and even worse lied to myself about it. Then my girlfriend got pregnant and I knew it was time to change, I realised how bad I was and without her or my daughter I would still be drinking heavily. If anyone needs help with this issue I'm here to listen and I'll try my hardest to help.
