rewatching the series and got to Season 1 Episode 4 and Stottlemeyer doesn't recommend Monk for being reinstated and then at the end of the episode the cop Monk just cleared of murder is and he just looks at Stottlemeyer and theres so much betrayal in his eyes and he's on the verge of tears and OUGHSDHKSJDH - Meet Cute at Work Anon
