Art block blah blah blah made a few blood sacrifices to some unnamed ancient god it was a whole thing but the point is I’m now back on my bullshit. His hair is very based off of your Hearth, I just added a braid because every man looks better with a braid in my opinion.

The apple has absolutely no significance the composition just felt a bit boring, likely because I intended to add that cat I ended up forgetting LMAO

the difference between is that sally and maria know they are only mortals. they know their rightful place is in the mortal world, with their (half) mortal children. they know they’re not gods and that they can never really be gods, and they’re okay with it. but beryl wanted nothing more than that divinity (and funnily enough, she’s the only one who never even got a chance to taste it)

Do you ever think about how in Percy Jackson and the Olympians Poseidon offered Sally Jackson palace at the bottom of the sea to keep her safe but she turned it down. Hades offered to take Maria Di Angelo and her kids to the Underworld to protect them but she turned it down. then Zeus offered nothing to Beryl Grace but she would have taken it. there's something to be said there, it's definitely interesting but it's late and I'm tired.
