something that i absolutely hate is when someone who knows ZERO things about nutrition and health decides to comment on peoples bodies because their body isn’t like theirs like omg
not everyone is tall and over 130 lbs and not everyone is short and under 120 lbs like everyone’s body is different
i don’t know why i still see these people that have never pay attention in 1 single health class call someone underweight or etc because of what they look like by appearance
you can look super healthy on the outside but really be super unhealthy and vice versa
people need to learn to stop assuming things and actually start learning things and only open their mouths if the person said they could

like do you really think the only food in this world is fast food?? mind you, my dad has never cooked a home cooked meal ever and always buys some gross fast food everyday and sometimes for every meal and it really messes my stomach up

the only thing i like about my social anxiety is that if i’m really hungry but there is 1 or more people in the kitchen or walking around that i don’t like or aren’t familiar with, i will just sit in my room and not move or eat until they leave or go somewhere else
i hate my dads fiancé so when she is always walking around the damn house is a perfect time for me to starve

ok i’m honestly getting sick with my yo-yo routine when it comes to my body
i’m going to be weighing, measuring, and taking pictures of my body now and then in a month i better see a damn difference and if i don’t i’ll torture myself more i’m sick of babying myself and saying it’s ok to have a cheat meal like cmon on now
i’m about to be more aggressive with myself and i might even hurt myself but as long as i get a thinner body i will be happy

everytime i tell people i want to be around 95-100 lbs they always say to stop and say i should weigh like way more than that because 100 or less is unhealthy like um for my body type 100 lbs is literally not unhealthy, my height makes a very big difference with my weight so 100 or less wouldn’t be so unhealthy now if i said i wanted to be 50 lbs then you can try to diss me
