Wasabi peanut crunch (2 out of 3 chilli pepper hotness)
Oven-baked coated peanuts flavoured with wasabi.
We also used the wasabi in our crunchy coated peanuts, the “Mamigashy”. These peanuts are oven-baked with a coating of wasabi and wheat flour.

Japanese peanut crunch & crisps (mild)
A mix of crunchy coated peanuts and soy & seaweed flavoured rice snacks.
On our first travel to Asia, we discovered the original herbs & spices from Japan, that give that Umami kick in your mouth.
We crafted those into a delicious mix of crunchy coated peanuts, soy marinated and seaweed flavoured rice snacks, also known as the Japanese mix.
Did you know that “umami” is the 5th base flavour in your mouth, after salt, sweet, sour & bitter? Umami means deliciousness in Japanese. A real flavour sensation!

Salted crunchy edamame (mild)
Air-roasted and salted crunchy edamame soybeans.
Are you also a big fan of sushi as we are? We just can’t stop eating the fresh edamame beans that come with it with a pinch of salt! So tasty!
To be able to enjoy these beans at any time of the day, we roasted them with a bit of sunflower oil and some salt, to have a tasty & wholesome snack throughout the day!
Did you know that Edamame beans are full of goodness? They’re high in protein and high in fibres!

Thai chilli crispies (1 out of 3 chilli pepper hotness)
Jasmine rice snacks flavoured with the spices & herbs of Thai sweet chilli.
When in Thailand, we also discovered the various types of rice snacks; most are made of the sticky sushi rice, called “arare”. However, there are also gluten-free rice snacks! These are made of “Senbei” rice, better known as jasmine rice.
We flavoured this jasmine rice snack with Thai hot chilli spices and roasted it for a crispy bite!

Wasabi peanut crunch & crispies (2 out of 3 chilli pepper hotness)
A mix of wasabi coated peanuts and wasabi & seaweed flavoured rice snacks.
We continued our journey through Japan, and got overwhelmed by the spicy kick of the wasabi root, that grows in the moisty areas in the south of Japan.
We studied this plant, and crafted a colourful mix of wasabi-flavoured coated peanuts, blended with Thai chilli & wasabi flavoured rice snacks.
