Dear tumblr fans, Time is drawing nearer and nearer to my album release, but we’ve still got a lot of fundraising to do in order for me to fully complete the album. To cover the costs of studio rentals, mixing and mastering costs, artwork and graphic design, live musicians, and CD manufacturing, I’ve started an Indiegogo page to help me with fundraising for this album launch. Any selected donation to my account gets you awesome merchandise including albums, downloads, lessons, and T shirts. Since time is quickly running out, I’m throwing in a special deal from now until the end of the week-any donation that you make to my account over $10 gets you a free Max Wild T-shirt in addition to the products that already come with your donation. If you’re interested in donating, here’s the link http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/max-wild-electronic-dance-music-album/x/3882535?c=home As always, I appreciate your support. -Max

INTRODUCING MAX WILD
Non-conformist. Open-minded. Care-free.
Those are three words that Max Wild uses to describe himself.
Max Wild is a saxophonist turned producer and electronic music artist hailing from Harare, Zimbabwe. After releasing two successful jazz and Afro-pop albums, he decided to take a shot at electronic music-making.
This shot was clearly no shot in the dark, as his impressive 10-track album, which draws inspiration from his multicultural upbringing and combines the thrilling pulses of electronic beats and rhythms with the magnetic sounds of live instruments, prominently the saxophone, drums, and guitar, has received critical acclaim from the members of the music industry and is set to be released later this summer.
Max holds a Bachelors degree from the Guildhall School of Music in London and a Masters from the Manhattan School of Music in Jazz Performance. He has completed the Ableton Live Producer Class at Dubspot NYC, where he is now an instructor.
In addition to Zimbabwe, Max has lived in both Germany and the UK. He now resides in New York city.
