Made Amélie a dress today! Also made some pseudo socks and a scarf out of some trim. Overall I’m really happy with things, the dress is a bit sloppy, but I think the hand embroidery gives it a cute natural effect. I’m really glad I’m starting to get her a wardrobe that fits my vision for her.

Happy one year to Danielle!!! On April 21st 2016 she arrived home! This spoiled girl owns my entire ass LOL She’s one of my favorite dolls, especially to photograph. Long awaited, and it feels like it was only a couple months ago I was saving for her, but she’s been here a year and that blows my mind!

Danielle is a Iplehouse Mari on the YID body in glow peach gold resin, faceup, jewelry, and cardigan by me.

Found a porcelain Disney Cinderella today at Goodwill. It’s just a hair too big for Skittles (god she needs a real name) so I think I’ll tailor it in and make it a little more 1850s while at it, and maybe draft a pattern from it.

This sounds nice so why not? I think listing my plans is simpler so:

-Paint Miyu's eyes (I have the base I just need to get the right color and details done to be perfect). - Make a wig for a friend's doll using the wefts I got recently. -repair and modify the tiny shelf I got for the doll's corner. -make little books and decorations for said shelf. -Craft this table I've wanted to make since forever now.

Admittedly I feel my collection is perfect as is now, and I'm more into making my own stuff so I'd rather not buy things so it might be a bit different from the usual answers but I'm happy with it :)

That's an interesting face up! It's pretty original, I like the colors you used and how it matches the wig. Then again most of your dolls seem to be really nicely put togzther so it's to be expected :)

Gave Barnaby (working name) a face up, I found this cute Make up tutorial and based the face up on it.

I used spray acrylic paint for the white color, a thing I wanted to test for quite a while. It will take ages until Barnaby is complete since I ordered the body in February and we all now how long DZ takes.
