Umm.... Is this really the most important thing everyone should be talking about? Who cares if she did pull some things from Michelle, it's just a speech. Even Barry Obama was accused of plagiarizing, but he brushed it off as being silly to dwell on that. I'd rather the focus be on the real issues at hand, like the flood of illegals and refugees that is diluting our very culture and way of life, and the war that is being waged on our fine police officers. Pretty strange that there doesn't seem to be any course of action being taken by the White House to stem any of these things, but instead encourage it.

The website Conservative Outfitters, which is a go-to site that the Drudge Report links to often, put out a poll a while ago that first goes into detail showing how deliberately similar parts of Melania Trump’s speech to corresponding parts of Michelle Obama’s 2008 speech then asks whether the audience believes her speechwriter did plagiarize the speech.  The results are quite embarrassing to say the least.

As of 3:40PM CST and over 3,200 poll-takers, 81% of Trump fanatics are in complete blatant denial.

Not only did the site post a video comparing the two speeches side-by-side (which several news outlets have also done this morning), but they also put up the transcript side-by-side.

Now, I’m no college professor, but I believe the evidence is overwhelmingly apparent that parts of Obama’s speech were purposely lifted by whoever wrote Melania’s speech.  There’s no doubting this, right?  But is the cognitive bias this powerful with Trump fanatics that they cannot acknowledge obvious evidence when it’s shoved right in their faces prior to asking an objective question?  Or are they actually contending that the framing of the question is wrong because Melania did not write the speech and therefore is not a plagiarizer?

Either way, this is an all time low for the direction of the Republican Party.

I have a feeling that yesterday will be remembered later on as one of the worst decisions in a long sorry line of bad decisions that men and women in a Supreme Court of Law have ever made. This makes me terribly distressed about where America is headed in the coming years, but I know that the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is still in control. His Will will still be accomplished no matter what happens.

Is this supposed to make me feel better? Basically, more potential candidates. I get that not all Muslims are out to get you, but when a religion's book tells you to kill the infidels, there is a right to be concerned.

Can’t believe I didn’t upload this earlier, but here’s my first Art Major for my Visual Arts Studio Practice subject at Uni. 

The subject was “Identity”, and I made this based on how I see how I’ve drawn my identity from the influence of my parents, as well as Jesus, in my life. As you can see, my dad has been coloured a red hue, and my mum a blue hue, and then I’m the purple one :P It’s meant to be deep, and I spent a lot of time on it, so yeah. Hopefully I’ll get a good grade for it.

Parallax Scrolling Tumblr Theme (Code Below)

Below is a code I spent a long time trying to figure out. It is based off of the theme “Redux” by jacob, arguably one of the most commonly used Tumblr themes out there.

You can see this code in action right here.

Basically what my code does is it takes out the Background Image option and replaces it with two new options labelled “Ground” and “Clouds”. This is because the Parallax effect is very much like viewing clouds flying across a landscape from above, although this logic could be applied in other areas of nature.

Ponylife minicast update #1

I guess I never have made one of these updates before, but I suppose I should for those that may be interested.

As some are aware, I've not done another episode in a long time. I had planned to get another one out for a while, but personal life issues, school, and poor time management has stiffened production of the minicast to a grinding halt. I hope to get it moving again, but it won't be out for a while yet.

Some of the trouble stems from trying to find an efficient editing software to make the video. I've explored a few directions, but to no avail so far. So I'm going to be starting from scratch again to try and make it work.

I thank whoever is interested in these minicasts for their patience and understanding.

Thank you so much for this! It wasn't quite what I was expecting with him becoming a girl, but I'm ok with this.

This is a 50 Followers post: Thank you all for 50 followers over on Ask Sketch Up! (At the time of typing this, I only have 49 followers, but close enough right? ^w^) In celebration and as thanks, I drew a gift for my first 10 followers (kinda).
