“Suspicious? That’s just hurtful.” But he’s grinning, slipping his hands into the pockets of his jacket. He looks childish like this with a lollipop dangling from his mouth and his shoulders slouched some. This guy– he has to hum. Good energy, kind of. He feels like they’ll get along.

“Okay, so first things first, are you for or against breaking and entering?”

     ❝ hey, you're the one who asked. i'm just being honest-- ❞ he speaks with a laugh in his words, kicking his heel against the ground. what a weird situation he's in, bored enough to agree to an odd job this man apparently had. oh well, too late to change his mind now. wouldn’t want to upset the person he’s just begun contact with.

✧She looked down at the boy. Slowly, she begins to sit, on the ground. The dirty ground. She germ filled, low ground that who-knows-how many people walked on. She doesn’t look very comfortable. No, she’s definitely pushing herself. She gets about halfway, before she has to stop.✧

✧“Nope, sorry. I tried. Nope nope nope. Sitting on the ground is gross.”✧

     well, that was odd, to say the least. he hadn't expected someone to come by, much less attempt ( and fail miserably ) to sit with him. his eyes shift, staring up at the person in front of him for a moment, before his hand is taken, and he's tugged.

     ❝ --- okay...? ❞ is his bewildered reply, standing with no restraint. his free hand brushes off his pant leg, staring at the other in confusion.

     ❝ uh... i don't want to be rude, but who are you? also, thank you. ❞

        “Pssh, King’s never busy. Does he even do anything? I feel like he just takes care of people and gets money from jobs he makes other people do.” It’s said in jest- Jihun knows how much Scott does for him and everyone else that lives in his flat. He moved his whole apartment into a new flat in less than a day, just so everyone could have a room to themselves. 

“Oh- hey, one of the spare bedrooms is yours, by the way! I dunno if he ever got around to telling you. It’s kinda just a bed and an empty dresser and a table right now, but it’s for you to stay in if you want to. He’ll probably help you decorate it and make it really yours if you want- but he could also probably give you a whole apartment in the building if you want that instead. But I think it’d be funny if you stayed here with us!”

He sat up in his chair, putting his legs under him to elevate him over the table. Shaking his head to Abel’s question, he took a random doughnut from the box. “It used to be kinda crowded, but it’s a lot of fun, to be honest! Isleen’s really sweet and Henri’s kind of a huge buttface? But he’s really sweet if you’re nice to him, he can’t be mean to nice people. Or- well, he can, but he’s joking if you’re nice to him, I promise. If you told him to stop messing with you, he probably would! And then Style’s also really cool, but he’s kinda, like… really closed off? I dunno, he just doesn’t like talking, but he’ll let you watch him play a video game if you find him sitting around doing that.

“And then Samael- oh man!” His face bursts into nothing but smiles. “Samael’s really, really awesome! He’s kinda scary at first, but I promise he’s not mean. He makes breakfast and dinner every night, and he’ll make you a snack if you just ask him. He’s kinda like a mom but he’s a big scary-looking guy who is… well, actually, I dunno if he’s King’s boyfriend or something, because King treats everyone the way he treats Samael, but that’s not important.”

“It’d be really cool if you stayed with us all the time! If you want to!”

     while it's true he's not been very social with everyone, abel has heard of the never-ending speech. so while jihun talks, he simply listens, nodding along to the other's words. hearing he had a room was surprising, but instead of interrupting he let the other finish. a small smile sat on his face, picking a plain looking doughnut from the box.

     ❝ you know-- as much as an apartment to myself sounds tempting, i'd be lonely without some life around. so, i'll gladly take the room. gives me more time to meet everyone, too. they all sound fun. ❞ he'd had a run in with a couple, but never an actual conversation. just passing while he walked, always keeping his eyes on the ground. ❝ i'm not really one for fancy decor--- but do you think he'd be cool helping me set up a garden? we used to have one back home. ❞

How many hours a day does he spend just taking care of his Pokemon like feeding and grooming them. Stuff like that. The tree needs to know

a good portion, honestly. he's not a big fan of pokeballs, ya see. it's part of the reason he still hasn't caught pumpkaboo. he likes having pokemon, but it's useless if he can't actually be with them. zuu is basically never in his ball, always hovering somewhere above abel's head. if he's in his ball, its because there's more important things going on. sometimes, abel just lets him roam while he's outside. there's no worry in it, no one can catch him, anyway. ignis and ferno aren't usually in balls, either, they like to play with each other too much for him to keep them cooped up. although, the moment things catch on fire, he'll put the both of them away to sort that out.ai and elebra stay in their balls more, but he does spend a long time with each of them when they're out. mostly with ai. he helps her keep her feathers in nice shape. of course, it differs from pokemon to pokemon, but he does spend quality time with all of them.

What's his opinion on organizations like Team Plasma or Team Rocket

that's a wonderful question.

his sister hated organizations. she would complain to him daily about rocket, and the news they kicked up. it was annoying, it bothered him. surely, there must be reasons why people would do anything they did, right?

he researched as much as possible in detail. both before and after leaving home. he learned a lot, and settled his opinions on things like that.which is simply, "who cares". the organizations don't last long, they can crop back up, yes, but its temporary, usually. somehow, they always disappear for a while. this is also why he has no ill will being part of a team of people. because who the fuck actually cares? he loves everyone he's around, and that's all he actually gives a crap about.

does he have a favorite region? a least favorite one? what kind of battle style does he have? does he have a signature pokemon/move?

despite never being there, his favorite region is johto. why? because he's heard nice things. that's about it. secondly comes unova, which is also his original home.

least favorite is hoenn. this is thanks to his sister, unsurprisingly. it's her absolute favorite by far.

abel actually doesn't battle often!!! but when he does, he focuses entirely on damage. most his pokemon know STAB moves, aside from a few stat changing ones ( only damaging changes, though )

his 'signature' pokemon would have to be his crobat or his lampent. they're his only pokemon really trained for battling. as for moves, he uses different combinations all the time. however, he is a fan of heat wave, which his lampent knows.

how did abel's interest in pokemon start? what's his favorite pokemon? does he have it on his team? does he have a type preference? does he dislike certain types? what's his favorite shiny? his least favorite? is he interested in alola variations?

his interest stemmed from his older sister-- she's an ace trainer, and often rubbed it in her brothers' faces. that ties into the whole reason he's in soar, actually. his parents passed away, his little brother became a trainer, and his sister refused to speak to him unless he stepped up his training game. so he just left home 'cause he'd never get to her standards anyway.

his favorite pokemon is crobat! and yes, he has one on his team. a horrible, amazing, overprotective, picky, rude, assholish crobat, lovingly nicknamed zuu. his second favorite is mimikyu, which he has also picked up recently through unknown means. but it's the perfect pokemon for him! they both pretend to be something they're not to get the affection of others!

his type preference is ghost, actually! but he's also a fan of fire and dark. 

his least favorite type probably falls to grass or water, but if someone who enjoys those types hung around him, then he'd completely throw his dislike out a window!

his favorite shiny is probably gengar or houndour, and his least favorite is rockruff!!

he has two alola variations on his 'team', but all in all, he doesn't like to compare them to the originals. they feel entirely different in his eyes, and he adores most of them!

it differs from day to day!most of the time, though, i wake up because a certain cute nerd calls me and wakes me up, because i sleep in late. then i lay in bed for about half an hour petting my cat bc he's an attention whore and meows all day if i don’t give him plenty of love in the morning and before bed. after that, i usually take a shower, unless i took one the night before. then i shuffle around the house and pet the rest of the cats good morning. then! its to the kitchen where i stare at food for five minutes before realizing its too much work to make something ( unless there's leftovers ). after that i sit at my desk and turn on my stereo + desktop, while that's starting up, i take my meds so i can function as a human being for a day ( i forget them 50% of the time though and then take them when i remind myself through weird means. aka i’m taking them right now because i forgot ), then, depending on my mood, i either open tumblr or youtube. discord and skype are literally open 24/7 on my computer cause i use them all the time. my morning routine usually ends the moment i start up a video for the day. whether it be a gg compilation / new video, or a music playlist.

and it usually takes 30-50 mins. because i walk slow and get distracted easily because adhd.

     “What? Oh- yeah! Of course, Abel! I bet King would buy you a whole dozen if you asked him to- that’s what I did, at least!” He flips the box around on the dining table of King’s new and improved flat, which was massive. Like it was a whole house on its own! Well- it basically was. But whatever! There was a dining table, a super big one, and Jihun was at it, and Abel wanted one of his donuts, so of course he was going to share.
