Finale Annoucement

Colin & Emily. Congratulations on making to the finale! I'm sure you, as well as everyone else, are excited to know how the finale is going to work. And here's how:

There's gonna be 5 votes for the winner. 1 vote being a jury of the eliminated legends, 1 vote being the public vote, and the other 3 being the 3 main host judges. When voting, take into consideration the overall legacy of each finalist in this competition.

Colin & Emily, in your last attempt to sway votes, you must perform a final lipsync for the crown. You may pick any song and perform your heart out! It can be about your overall time in the game, a message to someone you know, a song you really wanted to do this season or just a good time. The choice is all up to you! Same rules as last week count, no lipsync submission means you won't be eligible to win. You gotta be in it to win it!

Afterwards voting will open for the day and close on Sunday where the winner will be revealed.

So sorry for the massive delay in the game. I've been busy irl, with other games, and i'm mentally spread. However keeping you guys in the dark and not coming through with hosting is 100% my fault and I apologize for that.

To bring everyone up to speed, the rules that were stated said that failure to submit a lipsync for the previous challebge would result in automatic elimination. Heather and Madison did not submit and as a result were both eliminated. We will proceed to the finale with Colin and Emily as the Final 2. Finale Annoucements should be up shortly.

Week 8 Main Challenge

Hello Final 4 Legends! You are all so close to the finale and you have just one more step to be there. So for your final challenge before the finale, we're going straight to the lipsync!

You all will be lipsyncing for life to secure yourself a position in the finale. The top 2 winners of this challenge will be finalists and get to compete for the crown! However, the 1st place finisher will cut one of the bottom 2 score getters. So the pressure is on legends!

You will be lipsyncing to Jealous of my Boogie by RuPaul. Oh almost forgot! Recently we've been getting a lack of submissions in terms of lipsyncs (and honestly confessionals too) so for this lipsync, if you don't submit, you'll be automatically eliminated. You have to be in it, to win it folks! And submitting a good confessional will get you some bonus points! So let's get sickening!

This LSFYL is due Saturday June 9th @ 9 PM EST.

Announcement

Hey everyone! This isn't like, super important but this post is just to catch everyone up on recenr events since i wasn't able to post for awhile.

Heather won the Main Challenge this week with a score of 17. You can look at the items and image submissions here. Submissions without contension only received one point and due to technical issues with viewing some photos we gave both submissions 1 point.

For the Lipsync, we only received one submission from Colin so he won by default. You may view his lipsync here. Colin decided to eliminate Tim.

Congratulations to Colin, Emily, Heather, and Madison for making Final 4, more will be revealed later on.

Main Challenge Week 7

Hey Legends! This week's Main Challenge is a selfie scavenger hunt! Everyone must go out and take a picture with the required item and submit it via link (It's best you make secondary blog for the pictures and send on the post links). If you're uncomfortable with a selfie, you may take the photo with a paper that has written on it, your name, date, Lipsync Legends Selfie Scavenger Hunt. It must have those things on the paper or it will not count.

Oh almost forgot! There's a twist, there's only 2 spots available for each item. So it's more of a Selfie Scavenger Race hehe. On the doc, to submit, you will be allowed to make a comment on an available spot that the hosts will vet. If cleared, you get the spot. If not, you're submission will be cancelled. You can try again if there's room hehe. When submitting, you MUST have your name in the spot as well (Ben *Link*) if your name isn't in commented submission, it will be deleted.

And because this a competition with style and grace, of the 2 photos submitted, the better photo will receive an extra point. So make it a photoshoot legends! Btw, you can use the same picture for multiple items just an fyi. If you have any questions, ask in your host chat.

Legends! Just a reminder that, everyone is lipsyncing for their legacy as well as their life for the rest of the competition! For this week's song, you'll be lipsyncing to Cut to the Feeling by Carly Rae Jepsen. Colin, as the winner of the main challenge, you'll receive a bonus 7 points to your overall lipsync score.

The winner of the lipsync will get to cut anyone left in the competition, and the second place finisher will receive immunity. Week 6 Main Challenge

Hello Legends! For this week's main challenge we're pushing your friendships to the limit with a game of Solo! The Board Game Arena version of Uno! The link will take you to the game site which will also provide a link to the rules. It's a file that's downloaded when clicked so don't panic when the your device says Downloading File.

You all must discuss a time when we can all be together so that you may play and that the hosts may spectate. The winner of the challenge will receive bonus points for their lipsync score. Also to be clear, we're playing one game of Solo and in it is 3 rounds. You may go through one host spectated practice round if everyone consents to it. This challenge is due asap within a reasonable time.

Announcement

Hey Legends! Now that the buyback is finished, from here on out, it's a race to the finale. The game has changed.

Mini challenges are no more and you will instead be focusing on main challenges. However I think because numbers are small, establishing tops and bottoms will be hard. So that will be gotten rid of as well. Everyone will be lipsyncing for their legacy from here on out. Main challenges will act as a reward where the winner of the challenge receives a point boost for their overall lipsync score.

That probably brings up another question as to how anyone will be eliminated without there being a bottom? That's because everyone is in the bottom! Not only will you be lipsyncing for your legacy, but you will lipsync for your life! The winner of each lipsync will get to cut anyone left in the competition. The only person immune will be the person who lands in second place in the lipsync. The room for error is slim legends, you don't wanna be caught slippin.

As for how the finale works... more will be revealed about how that works when we get there, but know is has something to do with public support and your eliminated peers... that's all for now legends ;)

Lipsync for your Life: Buyback

To my eliminated legends, Matt, Alex, Ruthie, and Madison. The time has come, for you to lipsync. For. Your. Life! The 4 of you will be lipsyncing to Green Light by Lorde.

The winner of this lipsync will earn their spot in the final 6 and be one step closer to the finale, which i'm sure everyone is excited to find out how it works. You will be judged on your Creativity, Entertainment, and Effort. The judges will also personally rank you and those rankings will be converted into points. You'll need to put your heart and soul into this lipsync cause only one of you will be coming back. After all, it is a lipsync for your life :)
