Assalamu'alaykum warahmatullah wabarakatuh sister.. I wanna ask about how to remove anxiety from our heart and overthinking in our mind. I am much worry about my life, about my decision that I've made and so on. How to remove that kind of feeling, Sis ? Thank u so much for ur helping ❤️
Wa Alaikūm assalām wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh.
Firstly, I would like to remind you about this world we often forget. Everything we are going through will pass and it will always come something else that we dislike in our life. Meaning our life is not consistent, rather our circumstances are always changing. This life is a mixture of ease and hardship, joy and sorrow, hope and pain.
Secondly, remember that the shaytan enjoys when the muslim is in grief. He likes it and takes benefit, he makes you even more sad and gets you to overthink everything. He multiplies your worries and stress. Try to be optimistic instead and trust in Allāh with the choice you made.
Thirdly, it might be so that it is a test from Allāh subhanahu wa ta’la. Therefore remember to be patient and remember that everything that Allāh decrees for a believer is good for him.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allāh be upon him) said: “How wonderful is the affair of the believer, for all his affairs are good, and that applies to no one except a believer. If something good happens to him, he gives thanks for it and that is good for him, and if something bad happens to him, he bears it with patience, and that is also good for him.” Narrated by Muslim (2999)
“Only those who are patient shall receive their reward in full, without reckoning”
Quran (39:10)
Fourthly, turn to Allāh. Make duā a lot. Ask Allāh to grant you that what’s good for you and ask Him to make it easy for you. The more you turn and focus on Allāh, the more sense of peace and comfort will you find. Remember that Allāh loves you and that He’s always there for you. Also increase in worship. Do more dhikr, pray more and whenever you feel that distress and anxiety is coming, make wudu and pray two rakah. Make duā in sujood and talk to your Lord. Tell Him, ask Him. He will answer you. Pray voluntary prayers and give in charity. Smile to strangers for the sake of Allāh because that is also charity. Look forward and keep asking Allāh to help you because He is the only One that can.
I hope my answer helped you even a little bit, in shaa Allāh.
May Allāh make it easy for you, may He grant you what’s best for you, may He strenghten you and make you firm upon His religion. Allāhumma amīn🌸

Forgive me Ya Allah for every prayer I had something other than You on my mind. For every time I was ungrateful for my blessings. For every time I failed to Praise You. For every moment I could have done more in Your Name and didn’t. I promise to try harder.

Tugasku.
20.25

We all have fallen in our life, but we rise back. You know why? Because if we didn’t get up, We’ve would have fallen forever. If we didn’t have faith, we would lose all our hope. So we fight because that’s what this life is about. To fight and to strive for a better place. So no matter how hard it gets, how many times you fall; get up, fight for yourself because no one else will. And the most important lesson, is to always have trust and faith in Allah. That’s the thought that’ll keep you getting up and fighting for Al-Akhira that will be an eternity.

Sin, after sin, after sin…
And then we ask ourselves; ‘Why aren’t we happy? Why doesn’t Allaah help us? Why are Muslims suffering? Why is everything going wrong?’
Little did we know that our sins have shackled us, and our lack of sincere repentance is what moved us further away from Him.

Once a man passed over a hanging bridge and was frightened when he saw how small and high the bridge was.
His companion said to him, “Remember the Sirāt* and how small it will be.”
*The Sirāt is the bridge over the hellfire, which must be crossed to get to Paradise
Pg 101, Abdul-Malik bin Muhammad ibn Abdul Rahman Al-Qasim, Silent Moments
Remember it (ie. the Sirāt and the hellfire) often and stay firm on this deen, so you will be amongst those who have arrived safely to their final destination when the Day of Horror has arrived. Imagine standing on the line of the bridge and hearing nothing but screams and it’s echos of people slipping and falling into the blazing fire. Prepare yourself for the sake of Him, so your face will beam with light on that Day and you will be amongst those who will be under His Shade. You can do it. Do not despair and work hard, even if it’s learning one single thing of this deen every day. Learn so you can answer the questions which will be asked in the grave and be amongst those who have crossed the bridge safely to the other side. Start taking your steps and take them slowly and let each and every steps take you to goodness. So your steps will be like a speed of light on the sirāt because of your good deeds in the previous life. Keep going and try your best to learn the knowledge you need, perform good deeds so your book will be heavier and heavier, be obedient to Allāh only , keep remembering the goodness and the punishments of the hereafter to gain fear for Allāh and try to please your Lord. Keep asking Allāh ‘azza wa jal to protect you from the hellfire ad grant you good:
رَبَّنا ءاتِنا فِى الدُّنيا حَسَنَةً وَفِى الءاخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً وَقِنا عَذابَ النّارِ “ Our Lord ! grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter and save us from the torment of the Fire’’ 2:201 Allahumma amin.
You can do it. Keep going, so the doors will bi’ ithnillah be opened for you to the Gardens of Jannah.
You can do it. He and I both know you can.
