Les petits fantômes,

Des petits miroirs pour nos âmes, qui guettent nos faits et gestes. L’un est sage, l’autre explose. Ils restent presque transparents sur nos épaules, ils tirents les ficelles de nos vies, nos pensées, même notre manière de voter. Ils font notre histoire, nos crises de folies, nos peurs et nos désirs. Parfois ils ne s’entendent pas, encore moins avec notre nouvelle réalité. Mais dans un sens, ils nous font avancer, se relever.

Vous n’êtes pas maîtres de vos fantômes. Mais si on arrive à les manipuler, on finit par ne plus savoir qui est au bout du fil.

You just have to look at my bruises, thighs and shoulders to believe me. We often have to fight for what we want in life. Those who think everything is due and easy to get will only have their esteem to comfort themselves. Whereas, the one who analyses, blocks, and thoughtfully attacks without dropping its guard will triumphantly win. Indeed with scars but also with a willpower which will lead him forward. We never stop progressing. My life, I dream it and I dance it. Yes, I sometimes fall, but I always get back on my feet with a happy song in my mind. We all have our weaknesses, insecurities and accepting ourselves is a real challenge. So yes, my body is not the one with a tiny size, longue and thin legs and a perfect Barbie smooth skin. It is mine though and you will have to accept it without any retouch, addition and with some fat!! A look, a smile and it’s all an adventure which starts…

Et pourtant, mes bleus, mes cuisses, mes épaules carrées le prouvent. Il faut bien souvent se battre pour avoir ce que l'on veut dans la vie. Celui qui pense que son combat est gagné n'aura que son estime pour le consoler. En revanche, celui qui analyse, part et attaque sans jamais baisser sa garde sortira du ring triomphant. Soit, avec des blessures, mais avec une volonté qui lui permettra de gravir des sommets. On ne cesse jamais d'évoluer et de progresser.   Ma vie, je la rêve et je la danse. Je tombe, même souvent, mais je repars toujours en trottinant joyeusement. On a tous nos fragilité, nos insécurités, et s'accepter relève d'un beau défi. Alors oui, mon corps n'est pas celui qui a une taille 34, des jambes longues et fines et une peau lisse de Barbie. Mais c'est le miens et il faut m'accepter sans retouches, sans ajouts et avec de la matière grasse! Un regard, un sourire est c'est toute une nouvelle aventure qui s'inscrit.
