The status of talking in the toilet

It is detestable to talk in the toilet, whether for a word:

- mandatory, such as responding to the salam

- or recommended, like repeating after the adhan

And if we sneeze then we praise Allah in the heart only, in the same way we repeat after the adhan in the heart without pronunciation by the tongue, then we catch up with it by the tongue once out of M in case of great necessity, such as to warn of a danger for example, then speech becomes obligatory at this time.
