welcome to the food lab!
im dj and i’m an amateur cook and baker! im not actually a chemist but i like to experiment with food and record my findings in this blog. i have absolutely no idea how anything works and what better way than doing scientific tests!
i like to try and make my foods as healthy as possible by lessening sugar and butter so most foods don’t come out right, but when they do i will upload the recipe!
hey i might even turn this to a geeky food blog but depends if i can afford the equipment i want. maybe in 4 yrs time i’ll start recording my findings as videos.
