Objects speak to us and carry the possibility to fixate us in time and space. The travel with us, with their relevance and symbolism.
This makrash has had a life of its own and has seen a lot. Once showcased with pride, than hid, only to be uncovered again. It survived almost five decades, got brused, carries many secrets and crossed continents and seas.
Now the makrash lives on in my living room, still alive.
