Jeyne Arryn, the maiden of the Vale. She became ruler of the Vale of Arryn at a really young age (3 yo), so until she was of age, Lord Yorbert Royce served as regent. She had to face her cousins ambitions, trying to spoil her of her birthright. She wasn’t scared of expressing her opinions, even though it was in opposition of the policy of her former regent. She’s known to have been one of the original regent of King Aegon III, because Jeyne helped Rhaenyra Targaryen during the Dance of the Dragons, making it clear women could be in power and mostly because in this world of men, women must band together.
