The therapist friend

They come to me crying

I’ll ask you “whats wrong dear”

I’ll listen to the stories and hurts.

I won’t let them feel alone

I want them to feel heard, loved,and cared for.

I’m the Therapist Friend but that’s ok.

Nobody ever really checks in on me.

But I get happiness from helping those who like me.

Those are broken.

We are hurt and deserve someone to listen to us.

I’m the Therapist Friend that should make me feel happy.

I need to be a safe space.

People come when they need advice.
