Mark, welcome once again to your birthday site. We hope you enjoy reading all the messages that people have left for you, we've had an extraordinary number again this year. 

You provide us all with endless entertainment through the shows you create, write for and star in. This time of year we like to try and show our appreciation by giving something back; the best way we know how to do this is by donating to LLGS.

We know how important and close to your heart this charity is so we asked people to dig deep and donate what ever they could to this amazing cause.

I'm happy to announce that the amount raised so far is well over £800

A few thank you's.

I want to say firstly a big thank you to everyone who submitted messages, pictures or videos to this site. They're all amazing so thank you.

Second thank you goes to everyone who donated via our Virgin Giving page, the amount we have raised will help LLGS support those who need it.

Next I have to thank those who donated to our charity auction and those who placed bids. We had 18 entries this year and raised over £350. Nearly everyone paid their winning bids within a few hours and I know some amazing commission work will be produced. So thank you to everyone, it was a pleasure working with you all. 

Lastly a big thank you has to go to threepatchpodcast​ for giving us a shout out in their October edition, and anyone and everyone who considers themselves a member of thegatissguild​ for your continued support and encouragement.

Dear Mark,

Happy birthday!! =) I’m sure I don’t need to tell you that age is just a number, for you, like wine, simply get better with age!!

Over the last year, you have been the driving force behind changing my life for good. From the word go, with Sherlock, I finally found the courage to talk to people, defeating my utter terror of people actually getting to know me for…. well, me! But it wasn’t until May that I stumbled across ‘the Worst Journey in the World’ for the first time, and I haven’t looked back since. Your characterisation of the men of the Terra Nova were so real, so human, and they literally came to life before my eyes. They inspired me to actually take a risk every now and then, to do something with my life. And I couldn’t have found that without you.

Thank you for being such an inspiration to me, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Dear Mister Mickey Mark,

I'm not even entirely sure how to start this but then again it's your birthday so first of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Hopefully, you have a wonderful day and are able to spend it with your loved ones. Furthermore, I hope you get to relax a little and well, have some cake - after all, a birthday without cake just doesn't seem right.

However, I would like to take this chance and just tell you how utterly great and magnificent you are in basically everything you do. I still cry when I remember 'An Adventure in Space and Time' and I still laugh a lot when remembering/rewatching 'The League of Gentlemen'! And if I may say so, some years passed between these two and yet, your writing is still so - alive and just amazing. So, thank you very much, Sir for everything you shared with the world - whether it be writing, acting, producing or killing!

I could not possibly summarise how much your work means to me and what it led to. Some incredible friendships developed because of you, Sir and your work and I will be eternally grateful for everything you published! You are one of the most talented people of this age - for me anyway '^^
