The next nessecary step towards the building of communism is the replication of the mission of the defunct Black Panther Party. No organisation has ever posed as meaningful resistance against the empire than did the Black Panthers, and the time is ripe again for the mantle of resistance to pass from the disorganised left and into the hands of an organized vanguard, a vanguard which we now have the foresight to prevent from falling into vanguardism as it has in revolutions of history.
The Black Panther Party was the most successful pocket of resistance, as defined by Subcomandante Marcos, in the history of the American left. Through the provision of community services to fulfill needs the state is blind to, and the operation of proletarian militant security, the Panthers began the process of building sovereignty and safety for their communities, establishing what anarchist theorists refer to as "dual power" distinct from the state.
The Black Panther Party was destroyed by the illegal actions of the American government, who engaged in clandestine acts of destruction against the black worker's movement, but before that concern even becomes material again a perhaps even greater hurdle must be crossed, and that is the destruction of the left and our communities and the great difficulty that poses to the project of a new Party. Community itself has been destroyed in our nation, most especially the communities of whites who maintain no social relation beyond the immediate familial, and the project of the Party will be one of community building *from square one.* I know not how to even suggest beginning on this endeavour, but its success would produce a dual power capable of overtaking the state.
To speak on what I can as a white hoosier, I think the conditions may be particularly ripe amongst a potentially unexpected group, in the white rural poor. Whereas today and yesterday this group has been mobilized exclusively by the Trumpists, it is a revolution which has failed to reward their fervour, they were the victims of it even before they could victimize an other. It would take the most insignificant of wedges to push the poor fascists of the hills across the horseshoe gap and into the company of comrades. Through the anemic communities of whites, composed principally of immediate family connections and church affiliation, an organized Party could begin the establishment of dual power through the distribution of services and mutual aid of the sort *entirely absent* in rural communities. Should the revolution plant its roots in the hills, it shall be made an indefatigable resistance against the state, as impossible to clear of guerrillas as were the hills of Vietnam and Afghanistan, and the resources of land would be brought into the fold of a newly emerging socialism.

Started seeing a therapist again. It's been six years since my last appointment (I've had a bad history with therapists) and after just one appointment I'm already feeling better. I refuse to let my negative habits and thought patterns hurt me and those around me anymore.
Here's to recovery!
When in doubt choose recovery
