Workout 鈽猴笍 2nd workout doing 90 lbs on the leg press machine 馃榿馃挭 loving it 鈽猴笍 Only bad thing today was a piece of a poptart, and the luck of Nutella I had after 9...I also keep eating pretzels and hummus at school and I had it with dinner...it would be healthier with veggies but I'm only not happy that I eat it cause I felt like the wrap and the broccoli (they need to serve broccoli WAY more 馃槏) and wrap were enough but I didn't care and got it and ate it anyway .... AND IM JOINING THE SPIRIT SQUAD 鈽猴笍 So more working out 鈽猴笍 but I still need to work on my eatting...I'm getting there, but I keep dipping in PB now 馃槀馃槶 but that's better then poptarts right!馃憦

Workout did the leg machine 90lbs 馃挭馃挭 and did arms and abs 馃挭馃挭馃挭 and running 鈽猴笍 love my gym day today Everything was good and healthy the only thing was: Bite of poptart 1/2 of a poptart And like 1/4 of a poptart Did have 1/2 a bagel but it was only half so that's okay And now I just need to get better at eating less, as long as I get better at control with the night snacking lol so far I have not eaten past nine tonight, did last night but not the night before....can't be perfect 馃槶馃槶 trying my best 馃榿鈽猴笍馃榿馃槶鈽猴笍馃榿鈽猴笍 Eat less Don't eat past 9 At most, not a whole poptart

Workout, small but better then nothing- lower abs are sore 馃槏 and got some legs in 鈽猴笍 Breakfast- eggs, string cheese, BITE OF POP TART, banana w/PB Lunch- wrap with chicken & veggies & a bar Snack carrots w/PB & hummus and BITE OF POP TART Dinner salad Snack carrots with PB and MINI KIT-KAT THINGS IN CAPS ARE THE UNHEALTHY....I think today was a good day, did have 2 bites of poptarts but better then a whole or more then one 鈽猴笍 and yeah had a mini kit-kat BUT IM GETTING BETTER 鈽猴笍 idk when I should weigh in...I don't want to weigh in now cause my TOM and my bday is Monday and idk how much sweets that will encounter 馃榿...thinking as long as I do good I'll weigh in next Saturday aka bday weekend...trying to eat less cause I'm working out less but I think for a freshmen college student just working out in general will be good cause it's better then nothing with all this class and homework I have

Did a little workout even on my rest cause truthfully I need it cause I'm really bad 馃槴馃槕 Breakfast Snack 1: granola bar and carrots w/PB Lunch subway Snack 2: quest 馃檲馃槏 Dinner salad, hummus & pretzels & PB Night snack (ALL BEFORE 9 PM 馃憦) Oreo- made my mom take them home thank god 馃槏馃憦 NO MORE OREOS LOL, poptart & 1/2, pumpkin bread & Nutella (THATS ALL GONE TOO YAY 馃憦) 馃槺馃槺馃槺馃槺 well i gave you the oreos so thats lees temptation were out of pumpkin bread, so thats even less temptation now i just gotta get some selfcontrol, eat less, stop eating at night and just not eat poptarts lol馃槺馃槺馃槺馃槺馃槺馃槺馃槺

COLLEGE.....I really thought i could start over, fresh new weight loss road, not deal with all that shit fast food places all the time, no more quest bars...living with my roommate and our fridge and how I thought I would be eating less..? Is really not what I thought it was goin to be....I do really well until usually night time the poptart a and the Oreos....but now? Shit is real cause my moms bringing my scale to my dorm aka hotel room....I hate that it will be here but I'm hoping it will help me do a little better 馃榿 GOALS THIS WEEK: No poptart No Oreos No getting upset about the number on the scale next week cause I've been eating like shit at night and I'm PMSing (TOM 馃槴 coming) And then once I get control and start doing better hopefully I'll break the plateau..? 馃槴 IM GOING TO TRY MY BEST I ALSO MAY NOT POST AS MUCH CAUSE SCHOOL WORK, SORRY

Good eating today lots of carrots and PB Just also 1 poptart & 1/2 and 4 Oreos..? And pumpkin bread and Nutella....I feel like as much as I've been snacking in bad food I'm not eating the bad food as much as I would 2/3 years ago, I would eat a whole book of poptart a in like 2 days...so yeah can't wait for the pumpkin bread and Oreos to be gone 馃榿馃榿馃榿...should try hiding them 馃榿馃榿 MOMS BRINGING SCALE TOMORROW & PERIODS COMING 馃槶馃槶 my workouts are NOT enough I thought I would do better when I got to college but I was WRONG! FIRST DAY OF COLLEGE WAS REALLY GOOD & SO WAS THE FOOD 馃槏 Eggs and bananna and granola bar 1/2 a muffin Turkey lettuce tomato wrap and 1/2 hummus with pretzels Salad-Chic peas, raspberry vinaigrette, tomatos, Chix, carrots Run and squats and deadlifts 25lbs....so many hot guys at the gym but didn't let it intimidate me just went in the corner & did my thing 馃槀 Then I ruined it with an Oreo pudding and pumpkin bread with Nutella 5pp over...shoccol food-easy, food at the hotel, impossible 馃槶...NO MORE PICKING THOUGH 馃憦 other then the desert, good day..idt I'm tracking next week...NOT HAVING A SCALE IS NOT GOOD, ITS MAKING ME NOT CARE 馃檲馃槴馃檳

Did my workout at midnight cause I'm crazy like that 馃槂 After 6 slices yesterday and 2 today idt no matter how many cals I burn it's not going to be enough... 1) I've had lots of salt lately=bloated 2)pizza yesterday & today=bloated 3)TMI is coming And those alllllllll cause the scale to go up 馃槕 馃槴馃槴HELP ME馃槴馃槴 Now my first week I'm only going to be able to 30-35 minute workouts till I figure out my schedule, so should I eat less?
