im going to a wedding at the end of this week so i tried on one of my moms old dresses from when she was really skinny and it fits me ALMOST perfectly😭😭 in conclusion i wanna lose 5 pounds this week, about 2 more than normally. so im gonna force myself to post here daily and hopefully ill do a 2 day water fast starting now to speed up my progress

i had a goal weight, i passed it, so i got another goal weight to keep me busy, and because i still hated the way i looked. now im so close to that goal weight and i got scared because i still dont look the way i wanted. another goal weight. lower. and when i get there, am i still not going to be pleased? still too fat? still needing something to keep my mind busy? and i know the answer will be yes, i just dont want to think about it. thats a problem for another day. probably the day i will be nothing but skin and bone. but im not there yet, so i just keep pushing. its never enough
