When I say I feel fat-

When I say I feel fat it actually has no relation to physical weight.  My eating disorders fear of being fat is not in the physical sense , What I actually mean by I feel fat is that my emotions are overtaking my mind and I don’t know how to process them , that currently racing through my mind is too many memories , thoughts and emotions that I am unable to control. I feel like I want to crawl out of my skin because containing the thoughts and knowing how to process them in a positive healthy manner feels like an impossible task. I say I feel fat when I feel everything is overspilling in my mind. I make an attempt to control and restrict my intake not because I actually want to lose weight or because I am fat i’m doing it because I want to lose the emotions, memories and feelings and this is the only way I know how. So when I say to you I feel fat , it is not because I am repulsed by fat people like society leads you to believe , it is not because I logically think I am fat it is because emotionally I feel fat. I feel like everything can’t be contained in my mind and I need to reduce these feelings. When I tell  you I feel fat , I am telling you that I need help.

Ich würde mich selbst gerne mal in einer anderen Perspektive sehen - also als Aussenstehender. Ich würde gerne wissen, wie ich auf andere wirke, wie ich aussehe, wenn ich durch die Gegend laufe und mich in einer bestimmten Situation verhalte. Wie das eben so ankommt. Eher schüchtern, zurückhaltend, doch ganz normal und nett oder total arrogant.
