I’m caught in this whirlpool of thoughts and just feeling overwhelmed with everything.  Between the decisions and errands and a severe lack of time to myself I feel like I’m spinning into a tightly wound ball of depression and anxiety and it’s slowly eating me up until I can work on it.

I might have just fucked up

she took her stuff and just moved out.  We had a fight but I didn't think it would come to this.  I wanted to express frustrations and how to move forward.  Between losing my job and being constantly rejected from all of the other ones I applied to I’m at a loss.

Feeling unimportant, frustrated, unappreciated and just overall unwanted anywhere.  I’m at a loss.

And now she won’t talk to me, won’t reply to messages, or even read them with receipts.  I feel like I’m just spiraling out
